Being that I was not interested in figure-collecting during the time that Jakks' Deluxe Aggression lines were in stores, sort of missed out on the whole thing, but now I'm becoming interested in it again ... Sorry for the n00b questions, but what are the scale, articulation, et cetera, like? Wanting to know as much as I can before I start shopping online.

 Every point of articulation can be seen clearly here in this pic (unless you're blind) Scale is non existence. Every and all figure (besides show and umaga) are 7 inches tall. Now onto misc facts....There are about 150 unique DA characters not including tna but including classic deluxe aggression. Most are pretty cheap except the classics and certain TNA figs. If you play with figs I wouldn't suggest DAs since their joints get really loose real fast. Any other questions? You can decide which ones you like the best yourself by doing a quick google or ebay search. |

I love DA figs, my collection is almost ALL DAs including my customs. They are all the same size which is kind of annoying but the articulation is awesome, and as for the joints mine have yet to go slack on me.

Actually, was browsing for a decent Angle. Trying to find one with more-or-less the same scale and articulation as my Mattels, but really not wanting one that towers over everyone (Nash-sized Austin Aries, I'm looking at you) ... too dumb?

You won't find one anywhere close to Mattel size...they're way bigger.
Strangely though, some of the head scans work better than most RA on Mattel bodies. Another mystery of the Jakks Universe...

Best bet and most in scale with mattels, not the same articulation though |

Deluxe aggression was the way to go!! As a kid growin up i really enjoyed the da line! Series 1 randy orton was my very first one and my favorite of all time!! Most of the da headscan suck craperooo...so i just switch a ra head for the da.

Then you'd be better off with the TNA Toybiz one if you can find it. Jakks DAs are way too big compared to Mattel figures. |

Some loose legs at the hip straight out of the packaging, and loose arms at the shoulder, but I don't play with them much and when I do they don't get loose because of it. |
