The logo doesn't look that ... bad. The 9.99 flag is real unnecessary, though. They're not going to get subscribers if they keep pushing the 9.99 ordeal down the consumers throats. You know, just like how nobody likes John Cena, because he was shoved down our throats. Works the same way. Yep, cause Cena makes the WWE no money. Read my post again. I said nothing about money.

Yep, cause Cena makes the WWE no money. Read my post again. I said nothing about money. His point still stands. Cena was jammed down our throats and he makes more money than every other guy on the roster. The same will hold true for the Network. That's WWE's logic. They don't care about whiny fans on the internet. In fact, they've gone out of their way to not only prove they don't care, they'll also make fun of the IWC while they're at it.

In fact, they've gone out of their way to not only prove they don't care, they'll also make fun of the IWC while they're at it. I understand that. Again, my post said nothing about money. I simply stated that nobody likes Cena. One that I didn't say in my original post is that people are also annoyed with Cena. The 9.99 phrase is annoying, and will continue to be annoying, just like Cena, despite that they'll make the WWE money. My point is basically that WWE can do their advertising more naturally to where people WANT to buy something, not to where people are saying "Ugh, this again?".

Finally a picture to show that Vince is the only thing keeping WWE from falling apart...

I'm fine with it. Scratch logo had it's time. This is fresh and modern. I prefer it with the gradient as it reduces the weird optical effect it has going on where the w tapers. Can be a bit jarring. We need change. I like it. Funny thing with all this $9.99 stuff is when you pay for one month of the WWE Network, it's really $10.49 with tax. Anyways, the new logo looks great on the tower. Although I do think it's weird that they're making all these budget cuts, but they're changing the logo on nearly everything. It can't be cheap. Whatever, I can't complain. Ha that's American logic for you. As a keen traveller to the states, the whole plus tax thing is one of the most mind boggling things America does. I agree with you on the logo change. Out with the old, in with the new.

I'd expect to see a $9.99 flag on top of Dollar General. Not at the headquarters of a billion dollar company.

in 6 months no one will even care about the logo anymore...it will go back to the normal, cant stand Cena, and everyone will be talking about roman reigns winning the rumble, and how we havent seen the champ brock lesnar for over a month, and wwe is dumb for giving the title to someone who only shows up every 2 months for 1 show, then dean f'n ambrose will come back as seth f'n rollins and shove seth rollin gifs down our throats for the next year after that...everyone will still be making awesome customs, and powerofpain88 will still be the 80's wwf guy

This definitely means we'll be getting a new belt. I wonder if it will be the same just with the new logo or a whole new design. I hope it's the latter.

I like the new logo. The scratch logo should have gone with the "F". It was fine for the Attitude Era, but it's been outdated for a while now.

You just know there'll be one guy who wanders into the building asking if he can actually buy the WWE logo flag for 9.99

I like it, I must say. It retains a similar look and feel to the last 10-15 years, including the 90's attitude era sketched logo, mainly because of the W being underlined and because of the colours featured. Obviously, this updated version is a great deal more contemporary and I think it works really well. Personally, I think it gives the brand a better image in the sports industry. I cannot really explain what I mean, but feel this logo gives off a greater sense of credibility. I think the sketched logo was too gimmicky in comparison to the likes of the new one and the one in my avatar to the left. It worked better during the attitude era. Good job on the designers and boards behalf. This certainly signals a new beginning for the business and I expect will aid in drawing in new fans around the world, as well as gaining the interest of former fans, as it also links in with the WWE Network expanding.
