I bought series 41 Fandango from my local target. I got home and opened it. the arm was pretty loose and i thought not a big deal. after two minutes playing around with it the arm broke off completely. i decided to return it today

Yeah, my Sandow has warped legs and there's no way to correctly stand him up. It's really the only figure I've ever had issues with.

Not stupid. Unfortunate but not stupid. Just return it for a different figure or your money back.

I don't think anything tops my Luke Harper curse. Bought a battle pack and it had two right legs. Bought his elite and once again had two right legs. Mattel was awesome about it and gave me vouchers both times.

I'm surprised if I ever get a Mattel figure that doesn't have any warped parts or joints that are too loose/tight.
I've noticed lately that a LOT of basics have warped feet/legs and waists that are very spinny.

Very rarely you get that figure that just feels perfect. Its always going to have at least one articulation that is loose or the entire figure is extremely tight. Just the way it is. But parts falling off is BS. How did that make it thru quality control?

I am fairly ignorant to the process, but factories probably spit this stuff off conveyor belts that it is up to employees to eyeball them as fast as they can for major defects, otherwise random audits are probably the most they do for QC. Had my first Layla lose a leg right out of the package. I always break in the joints, so I went to turn her right hip and the top part connected to the ball joint popped right off. It had no glue and moving it like I did stressed the peg. I am no craftsman, so I just reeturned it and continued my search. Only figure I ever got with no glue holding a piece together.

Once upon a time.... I got a figure with 2 left feet. Wonder why they couldn't get it right.... ![:D](http://www.wrestlingfigs.com/images/grin.gif) Seriously though, I'm sorry that happened to you, I never had anything snap but I would hate for that to happen to a figure that's though to hunt. I hope you're able to replace it.
