Does anybody have a desire to one day compete in the WWE ? I have it as in option, I am 16, 5,8, so maybe I have a lot of career choices, and wrestling is one of them, so its a maybe for me, If i do I realize that I have to go through the Indies and NXT first.

Follow your dreams man. I used to want to wrestle. But I crushed both ankles in a Car accident years ago. I can't even run anymore man. I say go for it. And if someone says you can't, use that as a driving force to try even harder to achieve your goals.

I want to pursuit the carrer of professional wrestling. WWE is my main goal, but I know everything doesn't come at the snap of a finger. For now I'm finishing up school and then I'll be on my way to Black and Brave Wrestiling Academy. The rest from there is unknown. I'm going to try to make my dreams my reality. I know its going to take a while, but in the end it will be worth it.

Probably everyone has at one point, as well as an astronaut.

Since I was about 4, yeah. I'd rather wrestle in Japan and Mexico for a few years before the WWE though.

Good topic because I'm on the fence about it. My main goal is to ultimately become a WWE Superstar but I feel that my size will hold me back. I'm 23 and weight 185 at 5''9. I'm in fairly good shape (pic is in my avatar) but I fear that I will be wasting my time and money because my height will hold me back. What do you think my chances are?

The WWE and the wrestling industry is tough man. The indie promotions wont net you much money at all, so you'll probably need another job if you aren't a big time name. I'd recommend acting classes if you can get into a school, it could benefit your character. Both Jericho and Rhodes, two superb characters, attended acting school so it may be worth looking into.

The market is very thin now, unless your have a foot in the door IE son of a pro or have some powerful connections or money and influence the chance of making it are slim. Yes CM Punk and Bryan got through but WWE's new policy is you must be 6'3 200+lbs and be age ranged 24-28 only. I'm 6'8 27 and 300lbs and have been on the indy circuit but no one scouts at small shows was even offered a spot on PW when piper ran it but he was all about getting his kid over and into wwe.

It's to hard on your body, I'm not doing something like that, the most ill do is work for something like all star wrestling or somet, not as hard as WWE.

Chase your dreams, but know that it's a tough business mentally and physically.

Yes, I do. When I turn 18, I plan on working for LCW, an amateur wrestling promotion (Louisiana Championship Wrestling). Then I want to go to WWE after about 4-5 years. I'm 14 5'11 1/2 and 170 lbs. So, hopefully.

So, hopefully. It took Kevin Steen 14 years to get there, Prince Devitt 14 years to get there and KENTA 14 years to get there. You'd have to be an exceptional talent to get to WWE in 4-5 years time given how long it took those dudes to get signed.

I hope to start training at the Monster Factory soon.
My first goal is wrestling in Japan though.

I hope to wrestle for WWE someday, but if that doesn't work out than I'd at least try for a ring announcer position. If I can't work for WWE whatsoever than I'll go on to my second dream job, comic book artist.
If becoming a wrestler doesn't work out, have a backup plan for that scenario.

I always thought about how awesome it must feel to win a Royal Rumble or when your theme song hits at WrestleMania and 70.000+ go nuts but other than that I've never even thought about wanting to become a wrestler. I'm perfectly comfortable just watching WWE.

Eh, yes and no.
If I had a natural talent for it and what not then yea, but I'm not passionate enough about wrestling to go through what these men and women do on a daily basis.
