And @kidxlolz I'm not saying you're wrong by any means, but when money is an issue it's better to be trained then untrained at all, you know? No means am I trying to argue. I see your point and I think you see mine. I see yours, but its wrong. Its better to be untrained, than to be trained wrong.

Listen, I know you want to do that Chryst gimmick, and you should, but you shouldn't debut like that. Debut as just you. Sounds stupid to you guys I know, but 1) it gets you familiarized with it, and just learn to work the crowd. 2) it adds layers to your character. For example, you get "injured" real bad, leave for 5-6 months, then come back as "Chryst", the savior. Joking, I assume. The Christ gimmick is fantastic considering he's in Texas, a largely religious state. It would get HUGE heel heat. Once he's trained, he should absolutely debut that from the start. I guess I'm old fashioned. To me it's all about the story. Look at Shawn Michaels. He didn't debut as "The Sexy Boy", he was a tag team that broke out into that, and he is quite possible the most decorated superstar of all time.

Chryst wouldn't work in a stage like WWE, but on the indies, in a religious state, it's something that would get over instantly. If he were ready, why wait?

Eh, to all their own. I know the guy I'm being trained by has worked with vets ranging from Hacksaw Jim Duggan to Shane Helms to Matt Hardy, he's doing something right. And the guy my friend was trained by is a former ECW TV champ, and he knows jack crap. Who you've wrestled does not mean you know what you're doing. I can work those guys tomorrow for 10k. Whatever dude. You don't know my guy, he has been payed $1200 just to show up at an event. No match or anything. He's doing something right man.

You start with local training to get the taste, no need to spend 2000 ing dollars if you won't do it, then after that and you like it, you go to a better school (after saving the money).

No, I do get your point, you don't get mine. Why would you even bother going to training of any kind, if you didn't know? Especially if it's something you have wanted to do forever? That sounds like commitment, no? Exactly, so do it right, or don't bother. You seem to have taken the route that most people would question, and chances are, have learned nothing from their trainer, like most indy guys.

Oh, so I go into even more debt just to go to a wrestling school when you can get training for free? Right. I'll take my chances. Thanks though.

I'm going to go ahead and lock this. Doesn't seem like it's going to end well.
