It looks good. All it needs is polishing. Don't think I'm criticizing because I used to do the same thing a few years ago. If I can give just a little bit of insight (take it as a grain of salt if you wish)
When you punch someone, leave your knuckles loose. Don't hit with a clenched fist, and try to slap the persons neck or shoulder, it looks a little better and you can go full speed without hurting someone.
When you headbutt someone, instead of getting brain damage, grab the persons head, have your tips of your thumbs touching, and then swing your head toward it but right before you touch your hand/thumb, pull back hard, it looks more realistic and doesn't hurt.
Remember to bump with either arms outstretched or at least with your elbows outstretched and keep your head tucked in.
I'm gonna be straight honest, the chair shots, they're gonna hurt like hell. But if you do them real with the flat of your back, it doesn't hurt like you got hit with metal, it's more like you got slapped.
It doesn't look bad man, just needs polishing.

Trust me this was far from our first time. This video was just garbage, why it was posted I will never know. This show is much better. As for everything else you mentioned, we know.

Hey man, I understand completely. I cringe at every single one of my videos, my friend moved 4 years ago and when I grew as a wrestler he quit completely. The only matches I do now are -arounds or with professionals, they're the only ones to give me a good match. It's not that I can't carry a match all of my friends are scared to get hurt. They have trust issues. So trust me, I'm not saying your wrestling sucked or anything, because I did that crap too. Just noticed that you guys might be getting hurt and yhat you guys look interested in doing it, so I thought I'd give some insights. The newer one looks better. Awesome stuff! This isn't criticizing, it's trying to keep you safe. What's under that ring? It needs to be at least 6 metal bars going under that wood with metal framework as we'll. trust me, it bumps better and softer.

It cost me all of $400, mainly because of the cable and wood flooring.

All your friends quit and it's down to you, and you try to keep inspiration but you can't even wrestle without someone? Yeah. I'm sorry man.
