Would you have liked mattel to have put a generic tatoo on punk where the pepsi and gi joe tats were supposed to go?
I personally would have liked to have seen this instead on the missing tats. I dont customize at all so i think the punk figures always looked like they were not finished.

I would have preferred them to make one as close as possible to the actual logos as they legally could.

I would have preferred them to make one as close as possible to the actual logos as they legally could. Yeah, like the ones that are used on WWE '13 and on 2k14. It's basically an incomplete Cobra symbol and a circle that somewhat resembles Pepsi logo. Other than that, I'm already used to just finding decals online and slapping them on my Punk Elites.

They did it for Batista's Gracie logo on his trunks. Not sure why it hasn't been done for Punk's tats.

Never bothered me honestly. Jerichos tats are impossible though. All copyrighted.

Absolutely not. Buy Dean's stickers if it bothers you so much. I don't anything inaccurate like that on my figures. Plus, it would've been less money for Punk's accessories than we already had: little to none.

Jakks did that with the ECW 1 Punk and maybe one or two others (can't really remember those details).

I like that it's empty. Can always be filled in.

When people seem to be upset by the fact that attires can be slightly off or the wrong color, a change to his physical appearance will probably call for blood.

Would Mattel want to do the Cobra one with that logo being owned by Hasbro, a competitor?

Would Mattel want to do the Cobra one with that logo being owned by Hasbro, a competitor? Pretty sure that Mattel would have to pay Hasbro in order to use the Cobra logo on a Punk figure, or reach some kind of agreement based on royalties. Neither of which is likely worth it to Mattel when they can just leave it off for free. It's kind of a 6-inches, half a foot type of deal as a collector. It would be cool to get the outline, but then if it was bad we would just complain. It's probably just easiest doing the decals.

A knock off logo would have worked fine for me personally.

People complained about a red line being inaccurate on E20 Punk so this'll just be the same thing again.

I wouldn't have minded a red circle with no blue

I would have much preferred this. I loved that Jakks initially did it on their first Punk. I tried decals, but they're a pain to get on, you only get one chance and if you screw it up, you're ed. Plus they come off too easy.
