this is my newest receiving, along with a bit of a problem.  So I was bidding on one on eBay for a pretty low price. Figured I would never win it at that price, so I did a Buy It Now for a higher, but still reasonably priced one. Then I won the lower priced one. I'm not a scumbag, so if I win something, I'm going to pay for it. They both arrived today. The one still wrapped in bubble wrap I'm looking to move. I'll trade it for either 2 regular current Pops or 1 OOP/rareish Pop. Or sell it for like $20? I've got a toy & comic convention at the end of the month, so if I can't find a new home for it, I'll take him with me as a bartering piece. |

Went to a mall that had 5 locations for Funko Pop out in Long Island in NY. Grabbed The Walking Dead Riot Gear Walker, Predator, and Chucky to go with my horror movie pops. Also ordered leatherface and Alien to go with predator off amazon.

I only own 4 (for now, man am I getting the itch to start a full blown collection) and all of them have been opened.
I personally think that there is more flexibility in how to display them when opened as opposed to in the boxes.
In other news, I only today just learned that the Star Wars POP! figures can be taken off those bases they come on. I never bought any of them because I thought they were stuck there and I didn't like those bases.

Picked up Alex Vause & Snoopy/Woodchuck today. Addicted to these things. The struggle is real! I started with Boba Fett back when I had no idea what the hell Pops were. He had just been released (so I guess that was 2011 or 2012) and I bought him because I buy anything with Boba on it. A little while down the road I bought Captain Hook on clearance for 2 bucks at a Disney Store. I had those two for about two years total or so and then the floodgates opened. I'm sitting at a little under 250 of them now. I think I around 240 to be precise. |

That's kinda how it is with me.
I bought Deadpool a little over a year ago to put on my desk at work.
Around the time the first WWE POP! series was released, I bought CM Punk for a shelf in my house.
For a long time, those were the only ones that I had, then a couple days ago I was looking at them at FYE, and they had the Daniel Bryan POP! and as I was grabbing it I noticed a sign saying that they were buy 1, get 1 half off, so I thought "what the hell" and bought the Arkham Batman POP! as well.
Now I find myself wanting to start just outright collecting my favorite characters and such.

Great stories guys.
I bought the Hogan one in February at FYE. Had no intentions of keeping on collecting, but I saw the OITNB series last week and my buddy found Arrow. So we split then cost with the sale and now I'm hooked.

I got hooked like 4 or 5 years ago... bought freddy and jason at work. . Been all down hill since then... have at least a 100 of them. And tons of the blind box minis.

Numbers 5, 6, and 7 added to the collection today. The droids were picked up at FYE with the Buy 1, Get 1 Half Off sale. Fett was free using a Books A Million rewards card.
The next one I want to add to my collection is the Walmart Brock Leanar POP! I hope I can find him soon.
