got 3 of the Anchorman POPs (Ron, Brick, & Brian) & Marty McFly, had Black Lightning, but it was gone by the time my shipping rates were sorted out.

Well after I was stuck on the checkout I ended up restarting my phone thinking I was having connection issues since I was trying to do this at work. When I got back in the queue it took about 15 minutes to get back to checkout, but once there everything worked out fine thankfully. So hopefully there’s no issues going forward. My order was for all of the Anchorman set. The big problem they are gonna have and I think are gonna have long term effects. So if you signed on right when they went on sale, you got stuck on the shipping rates part. Funko was telling those people don’t refresh or back out you will lose your spot. While apparently people that got in after got in, checked out and the people funko had been telling just to hold on got the stuff in their carts bought up and all those folks got screwed. This was a bad bad bad effort on funko’s part to a fan base that is already very sick and tired of their crap. You can only screw your fans so many times. Happened to me I had all the anchorman pops, zim w/ mini moose, and both dwights in my cart at 8:00pm and only ended up checking out with Dwight with princess unicorn, and anchorman is one of my favorite movies of all time. What time did you checkout? It was roughly 8:40 when I got my order through with all 5 Anchorman pops. Sucks that you missed out man, I was gonna be pissed too as it’s my top movie of all time. |

Probably not too long after that, the glitch essentially fixed and everyone was checking out. If you look at the timeline of anger on twitter from people it all kinda happened within 15 minutes. Their apology was extremely half assed to the people they essentially screwed over by telling them not to back out or refresh their page cause they will lose their place in line and items. They essentially did that anyway. |

Dang. Sorry to hear all the problems people has last night. I had totally spaced the 5 PM PST launch with a busy work day. By the time I remembered, like forty minutes later, I went to the site, saw everything available but decided to hold off.
Don’t know if I will regret skipping the Anchorman later but I just don’t know what to do with all the Pops I have at this point to be dropping nearly $100 on more.

I’m glad I don’t collect a wide variety. This was my first time trying to get exclusives like this from Funko, only other experience was the Asuka thru Target two years ago. Really only a WWE and sports collector with Funko, but as my favorite movie ever Anchorman would’ve been a must in any kind of release. I also caved on Happy Gilmore earlier this year as that is also one of my favorite movies. I was fortunate enough to get my order in, but I definitely feel for those who had issues and didn’t get what they wanted.

I got my Avengers Assemble Thor today I like the Iron Man better but Thor a nice figure too. I might have to go back and get Hulk and Hawkeye before they sell out.

I finally found the Waterboy Target exclusive I bought the Billy Madison seems like couple months ago but never found the Waterboy until today. I also bought the SDCC Mr.Freeze from GS and got the Wynonna Earp Chase for a late B-Day gift.
