I actually found the Dancing Groot pop at Gamestop of all places today. Didn't think I would see it in a store at all after how well it presold on Amazon, let alone one I didn't even know sold pops. My Walgreens has like 6 of those. |

Series 3 for WWE would be: John Cena Kane Dean Ambrose Brock Lesnar Sting (WWE Shop Exclusive) Ric Flair Book it. Done. Very surprised Kane hasn't been made yet, or Lesnar. They have to have another Cena, Sting is a no brainer. Switch Ambrose with Bray Wyatt maybe. I just bought The Old Man from A Christmas Story, Legolas, Aaron Rodgers and Merle Dixon off eBay. Thinking of maybe making Merle into a Rowdy Burns (Days of Thunder) custom. Actually been thinking about this for a while. WWE Series 3: Lesnar Warrior Wyatt Kane Mankind Orton No Cena repaint just yet. Flair and Sting for Series 4. |

Okay guys and gals... I think I may have a problem. I recently sold my elite figure collection, largely due to my Brother needing money for some car repairs. Well, said Brother got really lucky with his Christmas stocking stuffers this year and won $400 on a scratch off lotto ticket (we always get about ten in each of our stockings - he always wins something, I won $10 one year and $2 another year). To my shock, he paid back about $250 of what I gave him from the elite figure sales. I've loaned him money before - lots of it - and never been paid back, so I don't ever expect to be anymore. Anyway, I decided to buy myself some Funko Pops with that money. Didn't intend to spend it all, but before I knew it my Pop! collection had grown from about 20 to now almost 60. Damned things are addicting I tell ya. Will post some pics once I get the shelf for them set up.

Glad I'm not alone. LOL. I tend to have a bit of an addictive personality, so when I find something I like, I make it a point to go all in. Decided to get into collecting Sega Genesis a few years back. Within ten months I'd gone from nothing to seven systems and about 100 games. Probably a good thing I'm not into drinking or drugs 'cause I'd be an addict for sure. At least Pops are fairly cheap and small enough not to take up that much room.

a place locally sells damaged Pops at markdown prices. Probably fallen off a truck or something. They sell a lot of damaged box toys. I had to walk away from a Harley Quinn today. It was only $4 and the box wasn't bad at all.... but I really don't need a Harley Quinn Pop. They had Opie from Sons of Anarchy, but his box absolutely was gone, he'd HAVE to be loose, and he was $6. When Amazon sells them new/mint for $8 and change, I can't validate spending $6 for a smashed box. I got my Tony Montana and Sharknado from this source, but passed on a Walking Dead Michonne because the box was horrible and I don't want to start a loose Pops collection.
They also had some World of Warcraft or Magic or something thing. Didn't even look twice at it.

I'm very happy with my recent POP purchases: Merle Dixon (The Walking Dead) Only bought him because I'm a fan of the actor.  Aaron Rodgers (Green Bay Packers) The helmet coming off is a great thing, but the yellow paint from his helmet is scuffing on his hair. Weird.   And my personal favorite, The Old Man from A Christmas Story.  I also have Legolas from Lord of the Rings coming, and that'll be it until late January, because I have a medical bill to pay off. I plan on getting Beavis and Butthead, Spongebob and (when they're released) the Talladega Nights POPs. I would LOVE to see protos of the Talladega Nights ones. |

I just recently cleaned out my closet, still had all of these POP boxes, I figured it was time to get rid of them (kept the TMNT & Power Ranger ones), didn't think it was necessary to have them all anymore.  |

I did some rearranging of my toy shelf, put away some stuff I don't care to display any more.. Moved a poster to make some more wall space..
I'm realizing I really wish Pops had hanging hooks. They'd display so much easier with a small hook coming out of the box and they'd still be just as stackable.

I have Ash from Evil Dead, Robocop, Frankenstein Monster and War Machine. I got War Machine from a Nerd Block grab box. Anyone know any places that sell pop vinyls that would do an exchange for a different one without a receipt? Only place I can think of is Walmart, but they're hit or miss with having the pop vinyls.

Just got back from the mall. stopped in at hot topic and picked up a few. Got Heisenberg (with hat and glasses as well as yellow hazmat suit) and Pinkman (Street clothes and hot topic exclusive hazmat suit). stopped in at 7-11 on the ride home and they had a 7-11 exclusive Carl from Walking Dead so i picked him up. Those 5 are sitting with my only other one, my Hollywood Hogan 2k15 exclusive

Got a couple of Pops for my birthday, which was a nice surprise. Hot Topic Exclusive Metallic Magneto and Sam from Game of Thrones. The Magneto might be my new favorite.

I've saver seen another 1 like it Might be worthwhile to become a member on the Funko Fanatic forum, which is actually run by Funko themselves. Guaranteed there's someone that will know there. I actually picked up two more pops over the weekend, both from the X-Men series. Cyclops and Colossus have joined Magneto, hopefully I can get the others in the next few weeks. REALLY looking forward to the Guardians of the Galaxy villains series. |

My Walgreens has like 6 of those. Now that I've been out and about a few times since I found it at a local Gamestop, I've found it all over the place now as well. They must have really upped how many of that Pop they made because it was selling like hotcakes on Amazon, was the number one toy there for a while when I was paying attention. I figure I'd post these pictures to show you guys since I go on a Pop Vinyl website to see news about upcoming series. They released some glamour shots of the upcoming Avengers 2: Age of Ultron series and they look awesome.        Sorry for the poor quality on the vision, that's all they have on the website I go to. The Vision looks a bit....pink for my tastes compared to the concept art of Vision I've seen for the movie and I already have Thor and Captain America pops that I'm perfectly happy with, but I may very well get the rest of them, and Vision too if they darken that face color a bit. More money out of my wallet though. |
