Got my Hall of Fame Warrior in today. It looks great, highly recommend getting one if you're undecided. I'm keeping mine boxed so no loose pictures, but it's a great looking piece and I'll be buying any Hall of Fame ones they do in the future!  Also grabbed this on the Amazon daily deal for £10.  Where did you get from? Isn’t it Walmart exclusive? I also want to collect all the HOF ones I got it on Funko Europe, it’s sold out now but I got it there. |

Does anyone have experience with Funko customer service? I received a "Pop Yourself" as a gift, but was sent someone else's custom Pop instead of mine. The person who bought the Pop for me is having an awful time getting a hold of customer service as Funko hasn't yet responded to an inquiry sent about a week ago and there doesn't appear to be a support number listed.
I feel pretty bad for the person who bought me the figure as well as the person whose custom Pop was sent to me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I recently had an issue with Funko where my package never arrived and the tracking never changed from the label created. Eventually, they did send a new package, but it took about three full weeks of back and forth messages with customer service to actually get that done and by that time, one of the items at sold out. Funko used to have great customer service, but it's taken an absolute nose dive in the past year or so. Don't get me wrong, they do usually rectify a legit issue like missing packages, major damage, or the wrong item, but it seems to take a long time to get replies to inquires. Best advice I can offer is if you have a problem, email them and be patient for a reply. But, also be persistent. If you don't hear back within five business days, email again. And be detailed with messages explaining the problem (including pictures if relevant), so you won't have to wait as long and hopefully not go through so much back and forth. |

Just like the above comment said,a lot of times they seem to take forever but something like your issue. They'll definitely take care of it but it could take even longer after NYCC and the issues they had with the damage on the boxes of fun(the Halloween one). Im still waiting on a replcement box for my Fun on the Run Liv from months ago.
Didn't get a lot from NYCC,the thing I wanted most was the Afterlife Egon. So I just got my nephew to order it with his order. I did get most of the Horror Hot Topic exclusives,love the Myers and the clown. Also got my first chase soda in months with the Sam,only took one try.

Pulled the trigger on this 3 pack just for the emperor. Looks good, put the trooper and wookie on my bookcase so wasn't a wasted effort.  Also got my Darth Maul from Funko Europe and picked up the other two from HMV.  |

Vader and uso 2 pack I’m smyths so might pick up Vader tomorrow
Saw luke skywalker in the tall box with the comic cover but I already have the one which come in the comic style 4 pack so undecided. I’m going to stick to just comic from Star Wars so I don’t go mental getting 100s so might get it but not sure

Managed to order two of the Darth Vader with the damaged helmet on Funko Europe tonight! Also it's been a busy week of stuff for me. Got this Bret to keep my signed Sgt Slaughter company on my bookcase.  When this came back in stock I grabbed one as I regretted missing out the first time.  I'm only missing Ponyta now foe my Generation 1 collection, which to be fair is a good thing cos I'm running out of room.    Grabbed these two yesterday as well for my Sports shelf.  I'll hopefully slow down before Christmas, but I'm not promising anything haha. |

Ordered three each of the House of the Dragons Aemond and Vis,really want those chases. If I don't get them with those six,ill just buy them on secondary. Im just glad I talked myself out of giving those prices on the NFTs now
