Sure, he may have been champion but I think EC3's a bigger TNA star than him. Amazing Red and Rob Terry have gotten figures. I wouldn't really call them stars. I do agree though that EC3 and the rest listed won't get figures.

All you do is crap on them and TNA. It's not necessary. I enjoy TNA and it's figures. James Storm is one of my favorite wrestlers right now. Lashley too.

Amazing Red and Rob Terry have gotten figures. I wouldn't really call them stars. I wouldn't call them stars either, but TNA wasn't as close to death then as it is now. Where we're at right now is the TNA brand having zero worth in terms of producing new sculpts and whatnot. It's a business, remember. It isn't worth Jakks spending unnecessary money on TNA. Ethan Carter's first figure isn't going to sell more than Jeff Hardy's 512th figure, and it's going to cost more in tooling because they already have the Jeff Hardy molds. In Rob Terry's case... Hell, he's the one guy that the Jakks body works for. It would've been criminal to NOT make him. And Amazing Red is so unsuited to the Jakks bodies that they probably felt like it would be too hilarious to miss out on the chance to make him. Remember, at the time Amazing Red was planned, Jakks was under the mistaken belief that TNA was on the rise. They had Hogan, they had Sting, the Carters were pumping money into the promotion in an attempt to grow. It failed and this is what we're left with. Repaints of whoever hasn't jumped off the sinking ship yet. Unless they turn it around, new guys aren't getting figures. Hell, I wonder when was the last time TNA wrestlers even got their heads scanned... I'd guess it was way before EC3 and Spud even got there?

I totally agree with you that they won't make anybody new, I was just taking issue with the star thing. It makes no sense for them to make new figures. I don't think TNA will ever again be in the position to be worth making new figures. Who was the last 'new' person to get a figure?

Who was the last 'new' person to get a figure? I think it was Crimson and Brooke Tessmacher. Or was Aries after them?

We REALLY need A Lashley and MVP fig I'm pretty sure them two will sell. Jakks did plenty of MVP and Lashley figures when they were all part of the big time. Anybody who wants a figure of them can get one for pennies on eBay already, which is going to cut into the audience for them. Almost certainly not worth the cost of scanning, sculpting and producing molds when the numbers are so bad that one or two sets of repaints a year is barely manageable.

Those Figures are completely out dated and they need new ones and they will sell because there big names Yes, MVP and Bobby Lashley are huge names. But back in the real world, they are nowhere near big names. And actual big names like Hulk Hogan and Sting didn't set the world alight when the packaging had TNA stink on it, so a couple of 2007 Smackdown upper midcarders aren't going to turn any kind of profit. I don't know what "rather you like it or not" means.

Last time I watched TNA (couple months ago) he looked pretty much the same. MVP is the simplest fix up in the world (just an arm swap) so I have no idea why Jakks is hesitant to reissue an old MVP DA with different arms and paintjob
