Do you think its time for WWE to implement an off season for its Superstars? In my opinion it is time, and i think the fans would understand. The time i purpose is after WM, the WWE takes two weeks off. The 365 day a year thing can be toned down and i think it would help the mind and body of the Superstars a great deal. Plus it gives creative more time to get their crap together lol.
Thoughts?

Two weeks is a pointless off season. For the amount of money it loses, it doesn't give wrestlers much time to heal up, and it doesn't give writers time to plot a year of stories.
More feasible would be to rotate guys out, so everybody gets at least a full month or more off at some point.

No. I would much rather have a brand split, so the same 5-6 stars don't wrestle on both big shows, and maybe a month off of house shows. I think that would work best while keeping money.

I'd rather it be around September.

An off-season in the WWE? Wow, you must be on some bad **** to even think about that. The WWE wouldn't even consider it merely for a financial standpoint. There is a reason why the talents are given the weekend after WrestleMania off. Next Manufactured’s Sweater, rotating talent sounds cool but when you have a thin roster, there is nothing the WWE can do to freshen things up.

I'd say no, I agree with what someone said earlier about rotating guys, but that would have to start the Smackdown after Mania. The Raw the night after is usually freaking awesome.

A rotational system is the way to go IMO.
1)Allows stale guys some time out of the headlights
2)allows creative to think of something for them to do when they return
3)lessens the chance of injuries that come from wear & tear

Love this idea, adds to longevity of careers, allows wrestlers to actually spend time with family/do what they want, and in turn WWE keeps everyone fresh. Plus less injuries in theory.

I don't know if I like the idea of two weeks off after Mania, but like others have mentioned, rotating talent sounds like a great idea.
Another thing that I've always thought would be good for an off season would be not doing house shows for a few months out of the year. I really doubt they would ever do this though, as house shows draw a lot of money for them.

Brand split, two house shows along with main shows a week except for overseas tours obviously. Off season would hurt WWE so much.

WWE would loose so much money if they took two weeks off. In the meantime the TV networks such as USA and SyFy would have to find a filler for the two weeks which they could show more reruns of Law and Order SVU or in SyFy's matter something like Sharknado

If they do a short off season, the best time to do it would be to do it far away from WrestleMania since that is when the product is the most popular. If they were to take an off season, the best time would to do so would be around this time of the year, before the RtWM starts.

I have always thought they should have a 3 month off-season. They won't ever do it, and with the Network it doesn't make a lot of sense now. But I would love it. It would give the fans a break, and they would be excited for it to return. Not to mention give the guys mental and physical rest. But it's just a pipe dream. Vince would never do it.

The idea of a rotation is not just more realistic, but it's very reasonable.

Considering that the Raw after Mania is always the most popular probably not.

silly idea. The workers of today have it a lot easier than the workers of years ago. They would be on the road 300 days a year and sometimes doing double shots and whatnot all the while being injured. Workers now are very lucky. Most of them get two days off during the week and they have doctors that travel with them. Sure it's grueling and hard work. But they should count their stars they didn't have to do a 200 day loop.
