I love Cesaro's work in WWE, especially when he first came in. He should just go back to being Very European..you know, like Tea Time with Cesaro or something. Something where he can be himself. (Wishful thinking)

I love Cesaro but I feel that he needs to develop a character to be a top guy. It might not be all his fault, but one week he has Heyman, one week he doesn't. One week he wears a robe, one week he has a jacket, one week he wears a shirt. One week he walks with his chest puffed out and one week he doesn't. He goes from the "King of Swing" to calling himself the "King of Wrestling".

I agree. Cesaro is the best wrestler in WWE (better than Bryan, imo). He has the look, the "international appeal", fan support, and more than capable of working with anyone on the roster. USE HIM BEFORE YOU LOSE HIM!

Nobody should "replace" him, but they should build beside him. I don't think they need ONE top guy, they need multiple.

Why can't we Just have Both? Why not just let Cesaro be on top for awhile and then we can bring roman back when he's ready we really could use more main eventers.

They ruined him immediately following his Andre Battle Royal win. This. He turned face at Wrestlemania and won the Battle Royal. He then turned back heel the next night (I think) by aligning with Paul Heyman. From there, he proceeded to do nothing of value. The way he walks and dresses isn't going to get him over. Either will changing his music or move set. We had a perfectly good reason to care about him when he turned face and won the battle royal...and they ruined it. |

the points most people are bringing up against the argument (argument being Cesaro could be "the man) have NOTHING to do with the actual person
and EVERYTHING to do with the way the WWE writers/bookers/vince have portrayed him.
Austin is basically saying here that Cesaro has ALL the tools to be a top superstar, he just needs to have a few things "fixed"
My entire point here is that I've personally seen what Cesaro is capable of, outside and inside the WWE. I wish they would actually get behind him and give him a run. He's young enough, talented enough and great enough to sustain.

Great wrestler, average entertainer. Just wish he could get a consistent character and good entrance theme and attire. It just seems like he acts and looks different every time he comes out. King of swing to king of wrestling. With Heyman to no Heyman. Shirt to robe to shirtless back to shirt. Huge to push to no push back to push to no push. Someone needs to get there act together and give this guy a legitimate shot to shine in the spotlight instead of always flipping a coin on what to do with him every week.
