Jakks had some pretty poor ones also. And most of Mattel's scans/sculpts are on par with Jakks. Some are painted poorly but the actual scans are dead on. (seen when people on these boards have repainted them)

The Jakks and Mattel scans are exactly the same process -- and we almost never see the scans anyway. The only time we've seen the scans in recent memory was for Alex Riley (and I don't think we really saw the scan then even), unless there are some I'm forgetting.

We saw Hawkins, he posted a pic on Instagram. Yeah, we very seldom ever see the actual headscans though, and when we do, it's usually one that has no relation to the headsculpt of a released figure. So it's weird for people to say that Jakks (actually Gentle Giant) scans are better than Mattel (actually Gentle Giant) scans when we have only ever seen a handful of the Jakks/Mattel (both actually Gentle Giant) scans at all. |

Me too. Mattel makes Daniel Bryan look smaller than Undertaker, which annoys me. |
