Typical WWE crap. Fans gets excited for a fresh star/feud and Cena needs to be injected into it. Rollins has been getting one over on Ambrose or months and I Dean doesn't finally go over it could kill his momentum. If Cena wasn't involved, what exactly can he do at the moment? There isn't a slew of guys he can have a short term program with. In the process, Dean Ambrose can get the rub from Cena to make him look like a bigger deal. Which is why I'm so confused as to why WWE isn't using Lesnar. Lesnar/Cena inside the Cell would draw. Cena/Orton, not so much. Are you willing to donate some funds to give the WWE to pay to see Lesnar appear more often? I'd think not. The WWE is trying to use Lesnar sparingly because the more they use him, the more $$$ they have to pay him. Lesnar should be used as special attraction, not like another guy on the roster. Because Cena's rub worked great for the Wyatts...if the wwe pits Ambrose against cena the same thing is gonna happen to him. Dean will inevitably find himself on the loosing end and floundering in the upper midcard. The main problem with the wwe is they don't take any risks anymore. The main event is seriously lacking but that is their fault. Instead of pulling the same crap they always do with Cena, why not let dean and Seth finish their great feud that has been building for months. Put the spotlight on them and see what happens. There is no reason to put Cena with them, especially with the weak story of Seth simply trying to cash in like soany have done before. Let dean and Seth get over on their own and put cena with someone who doesn't have the momentum they do and who could legitimately use Cena's help.

Also given that the Authority has targeting both Cena and Ambrose, it honestly makes sense to stick them together as reluctant allies, with the tension of them both wanting Rollins. I absolutely want the HIAC to be Rollins vs Ambrose but the angle is actually kind of interesting to me personally. There are so many ways it could go down at HIAC, Cena vs Rollins, Rollins vs Ambrose, Triple Threat, Orton/Rollins vs Cena/Ambrose, there could be something different, we don't know.

So stupid that in storyline Cena doesn't care about Brock anymore and only wants to get his hands on Rollins.
WWE's writing is beyond subpar right now.

There's totally no chance he loses to Ambrose via some sort of crap from the Authority and has to contend with Orton, right? I'm not saying that's not possible, but how would it make any sense? The Authority has been trying to keep Ambrose away from Rollins for a while...why would they suddenly want to lock him in a HIAC with him by screwing over Cena? Alright this may be a touch convoluted but the only way I could see this work is that Orton gets tired of Rollins starting fires that he has to put out so he costs Cena the match against Ambrose forcing Rollins to be locked in the Cell with Dean. The only problem with this is that Orton would have to be tweener for a little while because Cena would logically want to face Orton which would mean Orton is supposed to be a heel but the crowd would pop for him helping Ambrose.

Would be ridiculous if after everything Ambrose/Rollins went through for the past several months, Cena got him inside the cell simply because he's John Cena.

It should definitely be Ambrose vs Rollins, but the way things are at the moment I don't know where that leaves Cena, Orton, Kane... There's very little focused build to the pay-per-view. Cena/Ambrose/Rollins are making for decent TV though, especially with the new stooges.

Who will face Lesnar then? I can see Ambrose/Rollins and Cena/Orton at HIAC. But If Cena is against Orton, it seems that we won't see Lesnar.

I'd rather see Cena/Rollins in a Cell. That could potentially be a fantastic match.

If Seth had cashed in on Brock and won, everyone would be bitching. If Seth had cashed in on Brock and lost, everyone would be bitching. Cena wins, bitching. Cena loses, bitching. Now, we have legitimate build for an Ambrose/Cena match, and you know damn well, if Cena wins, Ambrose will still be heavily involved in the HIAC match and vice versa. Cena or Ambrose will probably lose to Rollins due to interference from the other. It won't be a heel turn, it'd be a face vs face type of build to add tension to the relationship between the two characters. How about seeing how the angle plays out? If Ambrose wins, people will bitch because then Cena gets a rematch he'd likely win and "bury" him. I swear a good chunk this board is like a bunch of bipolar, schizophrenic women. They don't know what they want, they just know they want it now and they're not afraid to argue all day about it. You're right. Look at Cesaro. Cena beats him cleanly on Raw. And, now, Cesaro is main eventing. Same with Sandow. He cashes in against Cena. Cena beats him cleanly. And, now, Sandow is being heavily featured as a main eventer, with a world title opportunity at HIAC. As a fan of wrestling, and because I have the internet, I am inevitably part of this IWC. As such, I, on behalf of the IWC, apologize for not letting anything play out, especially where history shows that every little thing, is going to be all right.

Here's your Answer:
1. If it's Rollins and Ambrose and the PPV does bad in buyrates (and it will, not because of the Main Event, but because the buyrates have been low), then WWE can use it as a way to say "We told you only Cena, Orton and Lesnar are main eventers. So, we don't want that.
2. If it's Cena and anyone else, people will moan and groan.
3. So, let's do a Fatal Four Way? Triple Threat? Rollins, Cena, Orton, and Ambrose. If we can have Cena vs Orton 45 without it being stale, we can continue Rollins and Ambrose (two legitimate workers who have put on classics) fight for a few more months.
4. If I were booking, Option 3 is my goal. But, I'd also book them all to lose thanks to a returning Bray Wyatt with the new Wyatt Family (Harper, Rowan, and Ascension) swarming the ring and causing chaos. Finally have the Corporation vs. Ministry redux that we thought we were getting when Shield was intact and aligned with the Authority. It'll give the Authority someone else to feud with and stretch out the angle. Look how long SCSA feuded with Vince. It rarely got old as new archs were created.

Cena beat him in a match on RAW where Cesaro looked like a threat. To Cena. Did you want Cena to have to cheat to beat him? Why emphasize that he won clean? Of course he did, HE'S THE GODDAMN BABYFACE. Hogan pinned DiBiase clean, oh no---he's buried another guy~! Cesaro's going to get to the main event, he's too damned good not to, just because he's there now doesn't mean he never will be. Sandow was never going to be anything more than a brief #2 title challenger. Again, did you want Cena to have to cheat to beat him? Why emphasize that he won clean? Of course he did, HE'S THE GODDAMN BABYFACE. Here's your Answer: 1. Buyrates don't really mean much anymore since the Network became a thing. Even if this did a low number, unless it's like December 2 Dismember low, they're probably not going to notice. 2.) I agree. 3.) That would be an ideal scenerio. 4.) Not sure the Ascension fit with the Wyatt Family but I like the sound of it on paper.

Cesaro's lack of a push is more his fault than anything. He has great matches and in-ring ability, but there's nothing about him that makes him marketable. He can't get heat as a heel, nor can he get the big face pops. He can't connect with the audience, at least not yet, like he needs to. Sandow is more over now than he was with the briefcase. You cannot compare Ambrose to either of those guys. Ambrose is insanely over and has the "it" factor that both Sandow and Cesaro lack. Even if Ambrose were to lose to Cena, it won't leave him floundering.

I subscribe to the Network even though I only watch NXT and a couple PPV's a month. I think the numbers for HiaC would be better with Lesnar involved, which leads to higher profit.

Also, side note: Weren't people afraid that Dean Ambrose would be forgotten about after the Shield Breakup? I believe that Rollins and Ambrose have had more air time and more of a direct angle than anyone on the roster right now, and Ambrose is being made to look like a star.
