I think at this point you should just count it as a loss and not even bother going to this store anymore. If they can't even be bothered to stock up for Christmas then I doubt they are going to care about having stock any other time of the year. Your previous posts/pics make that pretty clear. It sucks but this store is a lost cause. Lol no way. I love these updates. The saga must continue. Eh, at this point, I'm not really going in there expecting to find anything.... Mainly going in to take the picture for these updates.... I even tell my wife "just going to Walmart to take a picture. I won't be buying anything." Kind of curious to see how rarely they actually DO get a case in, at this point, it looks like they maybe get ONE case every other MONTH of ONE THING (Basic, Elite, or Battle Pack). Every time I've filed an online complaint, they've called my cell phone to respond about a week later - I usually don't pick up because I don't recognize the number - they leave a frantic voicemail saying they'll work on the "replenishment issue" - so then I feel tempted to go back in to see if they actually got anything (and I end up doing more updates in the process). I'm pretty sure the only time they've gotten any stock at all is just because of my complaints.... and they would have gotten NOTHING if I hadn't been complaining. I just can't believe that such a big store would be so negligent - I mean, isn't SOMEONE in charge of the toy department fielding my complaints? Or don't they do auto-ship or something? I guess I just miss the days of JAKKS & Kay Bee Toys, when you used to walk up to a 9-foot wide wall of pegs, filled to the brim with all the WWE stuff you could imagine.... and then a bunch of "Clearance" bins too. I used to spend 30 minutes just going through their stock. Then I'd travel across town to check the other one.... I guess those days are never coming back. In those days - walking in and finding an empty shelf would have been unfathomable. Nowadays, it's just sad.

Alright, I think the employees got in trouble today....
Not looking to get people fired - but they need to do a better job than this. Hopefully, they just get things back in order - I'll ease up on the online complaints for a while.
Happy New Year....
NOTE: I don't (obviously) depend on this (or any other) Walmart to get my figures. I mostly get them from Target, K Mart, and online.... but there is clearly something wrong in this store - it would be nice if they fixed it.
I stopped at a different Walmart in Pennsylvania over the Holidays to pick up some party supplies - noticed that they had a wonderfully stocked WWE area.
I don't think this is a Walmart-wide issue - this is a problem with this store.

At least you have clear pegs to put fresh cases on, my store has them packed with WM 30 Basics, so I'll see nothing new anytime soon.

Yikes. That's just laziness. You should complain because it's only hurting Walmarts bottom line.

But our biggest problem is scalping. In Hanover, there are like 4 different scalpers. They're like gangs in cities, fighting over "turf", which in this case is figures.

You need a life. Rather than taking pictures daily of a store's toy department... then going online and bitching about it. Demanding they give you a date they will have a certain line of toy, etc.
Seriously.

Discussing wrestling figures is very different compared to taking a picture of a toy shelf every day, just to show that they don't have what you want. Then sending in a complaint, which is responded by the company via a phone call, that's ignored... on multiple occasions. Then proceeding to complain about said store more on the internet. Even telling his wife "I'm going to Wal-Mart to take a picture." Are you kidding me? Another customer that doesn't work in the store, yet has the nerve to act as if they're owed something because they don't have what he wants. Going to the lengths that he has has gone well past a "concerned customer". A concerned customer doesn't demand things from a company and complain on the internet about the store/company.

Going to the lengths that he has has gone well past a "concerned customer". A concerned customer doesn't demand things from a company and complain on the internet about the store/company. I was just trying to have a little fun.... I really think you're taking my posts a little too seriously. I truly intended for there to be a comic element to this.... I'm sorry if that part was lost somewhere. I work in a different kind of retail, & I work over 50 hours every week. I drive past this place a minimum of twice a day (to and from work) and sometimes 3-4 times a day (if I go home before getting my kids out of daycare). I generally stop 1-2 times per week for normal supplies for my family (diapers, milk, supplies) - and of course, I check the toy aisle every time I'm in there. I noticed they hadn't stocked any WWE stuff for like 6 months before I even started taking pictures or filing online complaints - whenever someone files an online complaint with my company - they act like it's the end of the world (even though they are often silly). Mountains are made out of molehills all the time, so I thought I'd use the power of the online comment card to my advantage (for a change). So I didn't think filing online complaints was such a big deal (since we get them fairly regularly) - we just address the issues the best we can and try to move forward. The fact that they've received my comments - and have not addressed the problem - is a bit concerning. On top of it - this Walmart has a bad reputation in our area. I've been in there and there have been no carts available for customers. I've been there on the Saturday before "Back-To-School" and they've only had two registers open (with lines to the back of the store). Many people in our area talk about how many problems this store has - I don't feel like I'm necessarily making their problems worse by pointing out their obvious stocking issues, but I also don't feel obligated to be polite and ignore the problems. I don't really want to chat with anyone from Walmart about this issue - because I recognize that it's silly. I would, however, like them to stock some WWE stuff sometimes - like almost every other Walmart that I visit has done a pretty good job of.

Then why not speak to someone? Rather than leaving an online comment/complaint... basically talking down to the employee and making demands of "WHAT TIME they plan to have WWE figures on the shelf".
I'm sorry. I don't believe for one second that this was/is done for "a little fun". I read all of the updates on the first post. At no point in any of those posts, or the online complaint was there any form of humor (that wasn't sarcastic) or satire.
If you actually wanted the store to fix their issue, you'd speak to the correct people that can help with the situation. Not send in a complaint and eavesdrop on conversations. Haha

First you really need to understand the way the WalMart inventory system works. It's complicated. Someone can order a product and not get the product because the rate of sale isn't equivalent to what the suggested on-hand is for said store.
It could also come down to a lazy employee, but if the on-hand is set at 0, the system should order a case to be put on the shelf. It's complicated. While I understand your frustration with this exact store, it could be something deeper within the inventory management system. I work for the company and I know pretty well how this system works.
If a case is ordered and not approved by upper management, nothing will come in. If the rate of sale is at 0 for weeks on end, nothing will come in. That stops the shelves from having too much product, causing a mess and then a safety issue.
Say the shelf has 5 on it, 1 sales per week, a case carries 7-8 figures, after 7-8 weeks a new case will come in. That's how the system works. If the store sales 8 per day of WWE Elite figures, a case will come in every day.
The error seems to be one of two things. Either the backroom of the store is a disaster and items are not binned properly, causing the item not to show in the stores inventory or the replenishment is off due to incorrect on-hands. Get with an assistant manager over the area and voice your concerns. Honestly, from my experience they are likely to only get series 31 elites and the newest and WalMart exclusive basics.

Tell your Walmart to call my Walmart. We've got a few CM Punk's y'all can have. LOL. I took a picture for the lulz. Nobody yell at me.

Bill Murry would play you in a wrestling toy collecting theme of Groundhogs Day. I feel like your Walmart is where bad, dishonest, wrestling collectors go when they died. I never want to meet you in real life Flair Forever, I believe the CDC need to quarantine your Walmart before it spreads. Santa hates you...

That place is a joke. Most Wal-Mart's are, but yours seems notably bad.

I definitely understand Flair Forever;s frustrations. though I have to say the last 2 holiday season's my WM got a lot,lot better. last year stocking Elite 25 right before Christmas, and this year having tons of elite 30 and BP 29 and 30.
it's usually during the summer when they "suck it" and the pegs are empty for weeks - of not months - at a time.

"Joking" or not, going into the store just to take pictures and tattle on employees is ridiculous.

"Joking" or not, going into the store just to take pictures and tattle on employees is ridiculous. How is the store expected to get better if no one says anything? He has mentioned before that it's not just the WWE figures that is wrong with this Wal Mart but everything. If no one complains about it it isn't going to be fixed. If you have such a problem with what he's doing you can always ignore the thread

Hopefully your local Walmart changes their stock and rotation. That's pathetic. Especially since this is a time of year when kids get gift cards and cash and want to spend it on new toys.
