Top Matches Being Discussed for WrestleMania 31 (*SPOILERS*)

Would anyone be interested in Sting VS The Rock?

Could be interesting.... I mean, The Rock DID steal the Scorpion Death Lock.....

How badly would Rock have to beat up Brock though for Seth to score a successful cash in, and would it be believable?

What i think will end up happening:

•The Rock vs. Brock Lesnar
•WWE Championship: Dean Ambrose v. Seth Rollins (c) v. Roman Reigns (Rollins cashes in after Cena beats Lesnar for the title at Royal Rumble, Reigns, wins the RR and Ambrose still has beef)
•Triple H v. Sting
•Daniel Bryan v. John Cena (feud stems from Brie v. Nikki)
•Andre the Giant Battle Royal

I dont know about you guys but I think that is a MAJOR major lineup that achieves box office draw while cementing future stars

Depending on who they can or can't bring back or are heathly enough i.e Taker,Hogan,Austin,Angle,Dudley Boyz...ect thats pretty pretty much the card I would have.I would change it a little and instead of having Rollins as champion I would have Reigns win the title from beating Brock at the Elimination Chamber PPV in the Chamber match,Ambrose would have won the Royal Rumble and then Rollins would cash in his MITB breifcase out of jealousy for not being in the Wrestlemania main event to make it a triple threat.I would also drop the battle royal in favor of having a 10th Anniversary of the Money in the Bank match which debut at WM 21.Having a mix of big named current vets in the WWE like Jericho,Orton,Sheamus,Ziggler and then the young up incoming NXT guys like Neville,KENTA,Breeze and Devitt.

yeah but really? just because One Direction sell more Merch than Metallica doesn't make them better. Have you read about WWE 2K15? the main game mode is based around Cena... The WWE needs to start rethinking it's strategy big time... and start using some of the upcoming decent talent... keeping Cena as No1 is just stale it got stale 5 years ago but they keep feeding us the same replayed storylines for Cena... if HIAC goes Cena's way you can kiss goodbye to Ambrose' momentum and possibly end up a midcarder... Cena has a tendancy to do that. he can't hold a fued to save his life. Lesnar only won at SS because it was probably in his contract

Thought I would throw this out their.Lets just say that all of the rumored guys like Rock,Taker,Hogan,Batista,Angle..ect can't make WM 31 for whatever reason and that Daniel Bryan isn't healthy enough to go(which looks extremely likely)how then would you book the WM 31 card.So basically you would have part timers/limited guys you can use in Triple H,Brock,possibly Jericho/RVD and Sting for his first and maybe only match in the WWE.


Here's what I would book as the top four matches in that case.

WWE World Heavyweight Title:
Roman Reigns(C) .Vs Dean Ambrose(Royal Rumble Winner) .Vs Seth Rollins(MITB)

"WWE .Vs WCW"
Triple H .Vs Sting

Brock Lesnar .Vs Randy Orton

John Cena .Vs Rusev


The reason why I went this route is in terms of what the biggest matches I think they could make without those rumored returns.The Shield fight over the WWE Title would be epic and would more then likely produce and outstanding main event and would finally showcase the present and future of the WWE on the grandest stage of them all,something that the WWE hasn't done in years.Triple H/Sting is the biggest match Sting could have if Taker is truly done and really would be seen as one of the main stays and biggest stars in WWE history in Triple H going up against the face of WCW in Sting.Cena/Rusev writes it's self with Cena sticking up for the good old USA and fight for the country and the fans against the big bad Russian.Then lastly Brock/Orton is a match that a lot of fans have wanted for years and gives both men a high profile match.In terms of Brock facing Orton its really Brock going up against only one of the few draws and biggest names currently active full time in the WWE and is a fresh match up and feud.Really right now the only legit main eventers and draws in the WWE in my eyes are Cena,Orton and Bryan to and extent.This also would freshen up Orton's character by turning him somewhat back into a babyface and breaking him away from the Authority.Which he badly needs sense he's so stale,and also Orton is one of the few believable guys to actually go up against Brock with his current monster booking and gimmick.
