Picked up Baraka and Kitana tonight and I’m liking both. McFarlane has really improved with both their MK and DC lines over the last year, but the one complaint I have is the lack of thigh swivels, especially in the MK line. These are martial artists and thigh swivels are crucial for them. Outside of that I’m liking the line a lot, especially their Cage and Baraka.

I preordered the McFarlane Liu Kang and Shao Kahn from Amazon. I'm waiting on Big Bad to ship my Motaro, that figure is looking incredible.

Shao looks amazing. I'll get Lui Kang just because I do not own one. But I will not stop bitching until either mcfarlane or storm gets me a Mileena.

I recently picked up the cyber ninjas and MK2 Scorpion from Storm and preordered Motaro and unmasked Sub Zero. I can't wait to get the Motaro, that figure looks absolutely  ing incredible. |

Motaro is unreal. That photo with him fighting Goro is absolutely amazing. What a time/line for MK collectors.

Goro and Kahn were the first two Storm MK figures I got (I was a bit late to the party and missed the MK1 ninjas unfortunately), and Goro is one of my favorite action figures ever. Kahn is great too, but Goro is the exact figure of him I wanted when I was a little kid. I got Cyrax, Sektor and Smoke (shoutouts to Amazon for having Smoke for almost $30 less than he was on BB TS) recently and they're all amazing figures. Honestly, if younger me could see the stuff Storm is putting out now, especially the stuff with the blood effects and unmasked Sub Zero's fatality effects, he'd probably lose his mind. We've come a long way from pretending to do fatalities with the GI Joe figures! |

The cyborgs are incredible figures, and the amount of extra parts and accessories is amazing. I'm waiting on Motaro from Big Bad. I have him and MK3 Unmasked Sub-Zero on preorder. After that, I'm hoping we finally hear news on the Kitana/Mileena figures they showed a long time ago. I'd also love to hear anything on the Liu Kang and Johnny Cage they teased way back when. Meanwhile, I've got the McFarlane MK11 Shao Kahn and Liu Kang preordered from Amazon. Hoping those two are nice. After that, their Noob Saibot is definitely on my list. |

Fingers crossed for an MK11 Shang Tsung in the future!

No luck with Shao Khan or Lui Kang last night at Target. Did find NECA's Leatherface though so into the Kollection he goes!

I haven't seen Shao Kahn or Liu Kang in stores yet. I did spot a Scorpion variant I've never seen before though. It was in Target, in a bright yellow "Mortal Kombat 11" box. I didn't get a great look at it, but it was in a darker looking costume.
