I think Brock is awesome. I think when they billed him as the next big thing, it was the truth and he lived up to it. I think what he says was true. If Brock Lesnar had stayed in the WWE, they might not have gone with John Cena because Brock would have been "the man".
I think that Brock Lesnar is the only believable guy on the entire roster that you feel like could legit beat any man. I think his UFC background plays a huge part in that. We know he is a submission artist and we know he has the size and the strength to knock out and pummel the crap out of anyone. That was why he's the only one who is a threat to the WWE "characters" like John Cena.
My only complaint is that he's the WWE Champion and you NEVER see him. But I don't blame him. I blame the WWE. They signed him to that contract knowing damn well the limited dates he would work, and knowing that they decided to put the belt on him as well. If I were the WWE, I would want a champion who was more of a presence on the show, but he's the only man currently active who is a believable WWE Champion.
But I think WWE took the wrong rout. You can't make WWE TItle matches box office attractions by having the Champion only fight a few times a year like UFC. Because WWE has way more shows/events than UFC and the shows that have the WWE Champion absent have the feeling of being meaningless to me.

A fantastic quote from Dean Ambrose (IWC god) about Lesnar
"You’re not going to see him much. He took the belt back to his castle and he locked it up in the attic. You’ve got to go a long way to get a championship match with him.”
He is literally the king of wrestling. And as ambrose said, it's gonna take ALOT to get a title match with him. We have not seen that in a long long time. Lesnar is doing wonders for this belt. And no one sees it.
