there basically a printout. all you do is find a printout/decal you want print it off, cut it out then glue it on the fig.

You can find them on the right websites (don't ask, I don't know which ones). Print them out. If you want it to look better, paint it (I do this after I have applied to the figure). It'll look better, like you painted it on rather than it looking like a decal.

Well in the old days the method was: Print it out, cut it out and use white glue mixed with water to stick it on the figure and then paint over it with the glue/water mixture. I've only done that once (on my really early Raven custom - www.angelfire.com/al2/Ianarchy/Raven.html) but it looks really really smooth. In fact I've often substituted sealant for the water/glue mix.
