Wellness policy lol. For goodness sakes man stop being so naive. That policy is easy to get around, WWE will throw up a few failures to bring some legitimacy to it but so many of those guys are juicing. I know guys who have been training years and still cant get into that sort of shape. Yet these guys stick on the muscle within months. The fitness industry is laughing all the way to the bank with todays generation. Has anyone ever travelled intensely on here? You might want to try it and see how ed up it leaves your body. Theres no way most of those wrestlers are natural, their full of crap if they say otherwise. The only guy who looked like he was legit was Punk, he was taped up nearly every night cos he was so sore...AND that is why hes no longer around. If your natural your body isnt going to last long in that life style. Expect more wrestlers retiring early if that roster is as natural as you think it is. Go watch Billy Gunns shoot interview he says pretty much the same thing. In fact he goes on to say steroids are the only thing holding his body together today and the reason he gets away with it is because its doctor prescribed. If your doctor prescribes you roids then they can easily get around the wellness policy. If say Cena has a prescription for steroids or whatever then WWE are powerless to stop him being banned because according to his doctor he "needs" them.

Bryan, Sandow, Zayn, Gabriel, Kane, Goldust, Hunico, Rhodes and heavyweights like Mark Henry.

I wonder if there's a link between Becky Lynch having those impressive delts and that really freaky man's voice.

I always got the feeling WWE lets Cena slide with some things. He's just too big and heals too quickly. Agreed. There's a video on YouTube of Cena and Cesaro filming a Muscle and Fitness shoot together. The video was taken within the last year and the photographer spoke about how Cena is 25 pounds heavier now than he was during his first photo shoot with them in 2004.

To be fair as you get older you'll naturally get a little bigger and if you consistently work out youll be in tremendous shape. But Neville's is ing ridiculous he definitely juices. I remember when I religiously watched indys he was this skinny kid that could do amazing moves. Then I fell out of indy wrestling for about 2-3 years and when I started watching again I couldn't even tell that was PAC dude put on like 50 pounds of muscle in three years. Rollins and Ambrose look a little more natural. that's a really old pic of Rollins, the pic of him in my Avatar as ROH World Champ yu can see he bulked up a bit but nothing crazy

Well, Neville may be on juice but he got pretty big on the indies where you have a ton of free time to work out so I think it's a toss up.

Rollins seems to have always been in fairly decent shape, yet I still remember when The Shield debuted, him & Ambrose were getting ribbed by their colleagues for having to hit the gym more. Same goes for Kidd & Bryan- look back at the Wrestlemania video package from this year. He looks like put on at least 20 more pounds.

FAR OUT! Those before and after pics are unreal!
Frick Ambrose and Rollins. And Kane my word. How did that happen at his age?

John Cena is bigger than ever. His arms and forearms look like a character from N64. Dean Ambrose has also put on quite a bit more muscle since his debut. Especially in his arms. my GF and I were thinking Cena looked even bigger Monday. Ambrose has progressively been getting bigger, too.

Neville and Ambrose are the most surprising to see after looking at comparison pics.
Rollins looks like he has gained a bit more muscle mass but isn't nearly as jolting to see as the other two examples.

I've seen comparison pictures of Neville multiple times now and it never gets any less startling.

First thought when reading the thread title was
"Oh good, another new name for the tag team of Big E & Kofi"

It's always been this way when someone gets brought into the company. First few times I ever really noticed it was Rey and Chave Guerrero when they were brought into the 'E. Especially with Rey, he got twice as huge as he was before.
Not to mention a lot of the guys look... puffy? I guess that would be the word to describe it.
