I just take the head off, and then put needle-nosed pliers in the hole and pull it open.
I'd boil it with water from the kettle for about 45secs.

some of them should be easy like an RA you can work the Arm Sockets and loosen them
since Toybiz torsos are more stable they can stand more pressure and less stressmarks
some of them like Nash have a Screw in the back once that is out it will be easier
