I've seen Eddie Guerrero used, which looked awesome, but I was wondering if anyone here knows of any other head ideas that wouldn't take as much modding and that would work decently for a playable CM Punk RA custom. Thanks a lot for any help...

If you want him really playable, just use Jericho's smirking scan (the one they used prior to his final scan). All you'd have to do is add a little facial hair, and paint it all to match. No need for sculpting or anything, which would in turn make him real playable.

Hmm. I'd try Stevie Richard's RA scan. Just paint his hair blonde, and give him a goatee and some stubble. That would be the best, I would think.

It takes some modding but not a ton, Noble head and maybe like a Hardy hair piece.

I used the straight-faced RA Edge scan, probably his last scan before his current one if memory serves.
