Sorry if this is a dumb questions. I want to take a torso off a figure and replace it with a different torso. Do you just snap the torso off or is there a way to take it off without breaking something?

Check the Custom Support FAQ. There's a link in there that takes you to cracking torsos.

Check the Custom Support FAQ. There's a link in there that takes you to cracking torsos. I used that FAQ and it worked after some practice. I don't recommend boiling the torso in hot water first because it becomes too soft and it's harder to split the torso apart. Two long, narrow screwdrivers are definitely a must-have to do the job right.
