As the title states I am supper annoyed with ringside collectibles. I placed my first order ever with them in may. So in a little over 5 months I've spent about $500 there. My latest order includes rated r edge, brock exclusive, warrior legends 4, cena DM, and cena us title. I paid 16 and some change for 2 day priority. The package was supposed to arrive today but for some reason looks to be sorted wrong and sent two hours south of me. Now I understand that isn't RSC fault. However when I call their customer service they just say call them and sort it out. I'm sorry but I paid you for merchandise and I paid you for the shipping. Anyone else have this happen before? Thanks for letting me vent.

Sounds like you need to be annoyed with the post office. Call them.

This sounds incredibly frustrating, but it is not Ringside's fault that the post office made the mistake. It's out of their control once the post office has control of the item. I would take it up with the post office. Unfortunately there really is nothing Ringside can do in this situation.

It's not Ringside's fault, but good customer service is Ringside reaching out on their end to the post office to see what they can find out about the package. That's the difference between having customer service and providing good customers service imo.

Do you have the exact location of where it was shipped? If so, you should try and contact whoever has it and make sure they didn't open anything.
As said above, it is the post office's fault, not Ringside's.

Yep, as annoying as it is, once it leaves RSC's warehouse, it's no longer their responsibility unless you don't get your package writhin like 21 days, that's when they can file a claim for a lost package. Other than that, you gotta just be patient and you'll likely get it tomorrow

Guys I said its not RSC fault. I said I'm annoyed with their customer service due to their response. Yeah they can be pretty blunt, guess it depends on their mood or the issue at hand haha I've heard of them being super nice and terrible. I haven't really had any issues other than a short response once.. But I got over it lol

It's absolutely not RSC's fault and there's nothing they're obliged to do. Follow the tracking number extremely closely, contact USPS.
In before the lock.

What would contacting Ringside do? They complied by shipping out the product.
Call the USPS and see what they can do...

Ringside workers need to get in a car and drive each order by hand. I think 6-20 dollars for shipping should get us Tom Hanks in Cast Away type service.

TBH I've worked in catalog/online ordering stores before and when things like this have happened, we've given at least a partial refund on shipping as a customer courtesy. I don't expect every other company to do the same but if they just bluntly said "It's not our problem" without speaking to a manager or at least empathizing with the customer, they've failed in my eyes.
If it was me handling that order, I'd refund the customer whatever the difference is between Priority and 2-day shipping.

Um, they shipped out your package on time and USPS messed up your order. What exactly did you want RSC to do? Call the post office for you?

Some people would bitch if they were hung with a new rope.
I should call up Samsung and bitch at them when my cable goes out. Or I could call my bank and bitch at them when my utilities are cut off cause I didnt pay the bill. I mean, the bank is handling my money right...I shouldnt have to pay the bill, they should pay it for me!

This happened to me, but it wasn't with ringside. It was the s****y post office. It was actually a deal I had in here. I got it 2 days late, but it wasn't that big of a deal. I wasn't mad at the seller, I was mad at the ups. But I was fine waiting 1 extra day for a fig to come in. I really don't understand how is ringside responsible for this. It's all ups

Everyone is saying it isn't Ringside's fault, but what if THEY put the wrong address on the package? It has happened to me before with stores like TRU and Walmart. What if the zipcode was 28761 and they entered it as 28762? It could easily happen and get shipped to the wrong area. Like I said, it has happened to me before.
