Everyone is saying it isn't Ringside's fault, but what if THEY put the wrong address on the package? It has happened to me before with stores like TRU and Walmart. What if the zipcode was 28761 and they entered it as 28762? It could easily happen and get shipped to the wrong area. Like I said, it has happened to me before. Look at packages you get from RSC. The address is a label printed out from the address that YOU type. If the wrong zipcode is on there, then you only have yourself to blame.

It's not Ringside's fault, but good customer service is Ringside reaching out on their end to the post office to see what they can find out about the package. That's the difference between having customer service and providing good customers service imo. [R/quote] My thoughts exactly

Some people would bitch if they were hung with a new rope. I should call up Samsung and bitch at them when my cable goes out. Or I could call my bank and bitch at them when my utilities are cut off cause I didnt pay the bill. I mean, the bank is handling my money right...I shouldnt have to pay the bill, they should pay it for me! You should also call your parents and bitch them out for not teaching you to read and comprehend. Again I never said its ringsides fault. I said I was annoyed with their customer service. I spend a good amount of money there and I'm just getting started, at the least I would expect an apology and perhaps a hey this kind of thing happens here is a number for you to call. Not its not our problem you will need to sort it out.

How do YOU know that it is the same one YOU typed? ANYONE could type them.
I could type the comment YOU just posted out with MY own fingers and print it and put it on a package coming to YOU and YOU'D never know.
I called TRU and Walmart when it happened to ME and THEY said it was THEIR shipping departments fault.
Just because YOU type in YOUR address when YOU place an order doesn't mean it is not SOMEONE ELSE who transfers YOUR information onto said shipping label.

RSC isnt your babysitter.

They could at least act like they care.
I swear, having read a lot of posts on here (not just this thread, but plenty others), it looks to me like a lot of people on here are afraid to say anything bad about RSC. They're not going to stop selling figures to you, or black ball you or anything for saying something negative about them.

Sorry it was mis-sorted but why should they apologize for the USPS (or whichever carrier has the package) mis-sorting it? Maybe you should have called the carrier and complain to their customer service?

WE'RE not talking about toys r us or walmart! Do YOU work for Ringside? How the hell do YOU know where that shipping label comes from? They could have some little guy in the back that transfers your information onto their shipping labels.
Unless you know for sure and can shed some light on the subject. Like I said, I worked in management and when we would send out bills to customers, we didn't take it directly from what the customer typed in. We did in a away, but we would take a printout of the names and addresses and then let the guys in billing type out the invoices and such, then another type the shipping address out to be applied to the actual envelopes.
I did not even say that it WAS Ringside's fault, but it could be... Just as much as the post office.

I'm sure Ringside deals with a few ridiculous complaints so I'm not surprised if they give you straight forward answer. Just call the post office and see what the deal is, hope you get it sorted out, Good luck.

WE'RE not talking about toys r us or walmart! Nivro is correct. That's not how it works. It's printed on the USPS Label, with something similar to a Dynmo label maker, through Paypal or whatever merchant service is being used, as the customer types it. Any error on a label would be a typo on the customer's part, as the merchant (in this case, Ringside) does not use hand typed or hand written labels. And before you also reply to me with, "HOW WOULD YOU KNOW, YOU DON'T WORK THERE!" or "I THINK EVERYONES JUST KISSING RINGSIDE'S ASS" Hey, guess what, I don't, but I've actually ordered from them and I see that they use the same labels that other websites use, and I've seen how they print out the exact same labels. They receive the info from the customers, it transfers onto the label through the merchant and sends out an e-mail saying "Electronic Information Received" and once it's delivered to the PO Box it's picked up by USPS from there. I understand you're trying to argue a point but it's not working because you're wrong and you're arguing facts with, "HOW DO YOU KNOW?" That's what a child does.

I had a package lost once and they replaced it right away.
There's really not much they can do with the post office unless it is lost though. It will most likely correct its path and get to you soon unless it's listed as delivered. I've had orders go past me to a different post office before it came back my way, so maybe that's what's happened here.

How is it Ringside's fault if the post office ![](http://www.wrestlingfigs.com/images/wfcensored.gif) ed up? And if it went to the wrong zip code that's YOUR fault because it's automated based off of what you entered.

" *** PLEASE NOTE: RINGSIDE COLLECTIBLES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES BY ANY SHIPPING METHOD. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS MISSING, BE SURE TO CHECK WITH NEIGHBORS FOR MIS-DELIVERY THEN CONTACT YOUR CHOSEN FREIGHTER. THIS APPLIES TO ALL PURCHASES "
Every store has shipping and buying terms. The information is readily available before a purchase is ever made. Ringside Collectibles goes above and beyond for their customers and quickly resolves issues. Unfortunately your issue is in the hands of your shipping option.

As the title states I am supper annoyed with ringside collectibles. I placed my first order ever with them in may. So in a little over 5 months I've spent about $500 there. My latest order includes rated r edge, brock exclusive, warrior legends 4, cena DM, and cena us title. I paid 16 and some change for 2 day priority. The package was supposed to arrive today but for some reason looks to be sorted wrong and sent two hours south of me. Now I understand that isn't RSC fault. However when I call their customer service they just say call them and sort it out. I'm sorry but I paid you for merchandise and I paid you for the shipping. Anyone else have this happen before? Thanks for letting me vent. Hey, I just looked up your order and apologize that the post office doesn't have clear info on the tracking page. It does say out for delivery in a different town which is odd and again I apologize. It doesn't say delivered so maybe they realized there was a mistake. The reason our customer service staff advised you to ask your local post office is because we have seen a few instances where a package is sitting at the local post office and the post office tracking page doesn't have clear information. The package was just shipped on Friday 10/31 from NY to Florida. It has only been one business day. We should give the post office at least another 1-2 business days to sort this out. I will make sure our customer service manager is on top of it daily. You can contact him at cs@ringsidecollectibles.net if you have any additional questions in the meantime.

TBH I've worked in catalog/online ordering stores before and when things like this have happened, we've given at least a partial refund on shipping as a customer courtesy. I don't expect every other company to do the same but if they just bluntly said "It's not our problem" without speaking to a manager or at least empathizing with the customer, they've failed in my eyes. If it was me handling that order, I'd refund the customer whatever the difference is between Priority and 2-day shipping. I couldn't agree more It may not be their fault, but it is their problem. It doesn't matter why it didn't get there...it didn't get there & I'd go bonkers if they told me to deal with it (heck, they didn't even know of the problem). A GREAT service is caring enough to take responsibility even when things aren't in your control.
