Macho King long tights attire (WM6)
To me, if you get those out, then you pretty much have every iconic look of Savage made.

Pre-nWo WCW Macho Man always seemed like a off period in Macho fashion. Once he started his Macho King and then neon cowboy phase in the WWF, I never saw him wear the same outfit on television twice, but I thought that basically ended when he began his WCW tenure. I always thought the gold hat and jacket he wore in his debut on WCW Saturday Night were actually from his WM8 match with Flair, and that kind of surprised me, then I remember seeing more outfits reused or mixed and matched. To me it paralleled what many see as Bobby Heenan's diminished output in WCW, I figured Savage's outfits were made in-house at WWF back then, and he had to build a new relationship with someone once he left, I could be mistaken. The sort of stock font he used on lots of outfits at that point represented that to me.
He did have some nice ones, notably the pink and black one many have posted pics of, but as someone irrationally obsessed with Macho Man, pre-nWo WCW Macho seems an odd choice of period to pick from. Except the obvious missing/cancelled WM3 DM, every single choice you've made so far on elite Machos has been perfect, L5, WM7 DM, RSC Macho King, E26, nWo, I love the green All Stars one too. If I'm forced to pick WCW it's pink and black, the BATB pink and yellow ones are alright but that's basically a color variation of the nWo figure we already have. What I'd love to see next is one of these: yellow and black leopard print Macho King, Candystriper Macho King, or red and black Monday Night Raw Macho Man. It's hard to choose at this point now that you've hit the major bases. Also all the Warrior choices have been perfect, I was crossing my fingers for SS90 Warrior next and voila.

Obviously...But & it is a BIG BUT, we would NEED the Warrior to go with him!
I think Bill already confirmed these two for future release in one of the recent vids. At least he said he was dying to make them because he loved the costumes. |

I just finished a yellow and black leopard print macho king custom (pics tomo or sat), that and the similar pink and black royal rumble 1991 outfit are two of my favorites |

i think its been said enough. pre-nwo wcw era macho is not the best. i'll buy any and all machos. i think this is probably the most iconic of his looks from that era.  |

It's for an Elite in 2015 so no entrance jacket, but there are new parts and it is not a straight repaint. 2 of the suggestions here will work very will and i do have a favorite of the 2 that should look great on the figure.

Maaan I hope it's not the Bash At The Beach 96 attire! While it IS a Legendary Moment... I gotta be honest, I always felt like it was kind of corny for Savage and Luger to wear Sting's face paint. Really though, the last thing I need on my shelf is the Macho Man wearing another wrestlers signature paint. I think the most realistic route would be the Bash At The Beach 95. But if it was my way I'd have to say do the WCW Superbrawl 1996 look! That attire would POP off the shelf ridiculously!  Either way, it'd give me a reason to place a first order with whats his name since we won't be getting a ring jacket. |

It'd be cool one day to get a molded posed entrance jacket with tassels, I'm sure it could be used more than once. Anyways, the Superbrawl outfit looks pretty cool and just below that one, I would put this maroonish-purple/electric yellow outfit from Uncensored '95 if the new parts are his "shredded" tights look. Thanks MDT for asking, and thanks for causing me to binge watch 15 WCW PPVs  . |

Now that I think about it. I'm excited to get a pre Nwo Wcw savage. Especially with new parts Eventually we'll be able to do a history of randy savage in figure form minus his brief run in tna Basically all we'll need is a neon cowboy figure, wwf announcer, a leopard print macho king , wolfpac and wcw post Nwo "team madness" and we'll have almost all his looks So I'm gonna guess it's between "red/yellow/black" and "pink/black" Save the entrance jacket for a d.m but don't forget the cowboy hat. . It would be kinda cool to see a WCW themed flashback wave in the Elite line with Savage, Windham or Malenko, Eddie Guerrero and Scott Hall.
