I think the idea of him having it is to basically say, "This man conquered everyone you put in front of him and he's dominated America, and even though he's against America, he's still the champion of it because he's better than anyone from here."

Its probably going to be forgotten yet again in the hands of Rusev... It needs to be defended more. Just look at how much legitimacy Dolph is bringing to the IC title currently with all his title defenses... Thats the way it should be.
