The only thing i could think of would be a comprehensive 3 disc release for Kurt Angle. This. A couple years ago this question was asked and I replied with this along with the matches I would include on it and it managed to look awesome even without matches including a certain Wolverine. An Undertaker documentary would definitely be at the top of my list. And by the way, what ever happened to Taker appearing on Steve Austin's podcast? Austin announced back in April that Undertaker agreed to do an episode of the podcast, and then it never happened.

Austin wants to do a face-to-face interview with him in person but it hasn't happened yet. |

The Ultimate DX Biography: Thus talking about the pairing of HHH and HBK, HBK leaving, X-Pac coming in, NAO joining, all the way up to the reunion on the Raw 1000 show.
The Hart Foundation Biography: Everything about Bret coming back to the WWE in 1996, his feud with Austin, getting screwed (which seemed to be an on going trend with Bret in 1997), the formation of the Hart Foundation, the feud with Austin, Taker, HBK, Goldust, LOD and such.
Four Horsemen 3 Disc DVD Set of matches: I know we got the 2 disc set with the documentary back in 2007, but a 3 disc set of just matches, feuds, angles, interviews and such would be pretty neat to have.
In Your House Vol. 2: So many great IYH matches that still have made it onto DVD, and a Vol. 2 would definitely do it!
Raw Season 3 and 4: I liked Season 1 and 2, but the 1995 and 1996 years need to be put out on DVD. A lot of great matches on those two years on Raw, that have probably gone forgotten (ex. Diesel vs. Bam Bam Bigelow, and HBK vs. Billy Gunn)
OMG Vol. 3 ECW: If WWE and WCW can have a DVD set about the OMG moments, why not ECW, where Joey Styles made saying "Oh My God!" a trend.

I would like to see a DVD, or a series, based on Championship Title Belts. I’d like to see all of the different designs in chronological order, and all of the Champions who have held the Championships over the years. I’d also like to hear stories about the Championship Title Belts, like the time a SuperStar lost a Belt and had to use a replica from the arena store, or the World Title Belt Ric Flair used that had the Tag Team Belt design. Okay, maybe my obsession with leather and gold has gone a bit too far.

Undertaker Documentation, Sting Documentation & Best Of Diva Matches(or how ever they could call it) i guess these would be my biggest wants when it comes to WWE DVD sets right now.
