Just saw it for the first time.
And I'm wondering how the hell they managed to make a worse film than Turtles 3. Just everything about this film is absolutely horrific. From Splinter's (and the rest of their) voice(s), horrendous April, Brock Lesnar-lookalike Turtles.
I heard a lot of people saying that "it wasn't as bad as they thought it would be". But for me, it was far worse than I ever thought a Turtles film could be.
Move over Terminator 3, I think we have a new nominee for worst film ever.

seen it too and thought it was good enough to be honest......my expectations were low comes nowhere close to Catwoman which is the worst mainstream movie I have seen.
And Bay didn't direct it man.....

Yeah I didn't mind it. I thought it was decent. It's a movie about talking Mutant Turtles. The original movie was good but not exactly a masterpiece.

I think people REALLY wanted 'TMNT: The Dark Knights' directed by Christopher Nolan.

And Bay didn't direct it man..... I know Bay didn't direct it, I don't even dislike him. I'm a fan of some of his films. Yeah it was fine.. Movie about talking turtles that can fight crime and eat pizza.. Dunno what was really expected. I think people REALLY wanted 'TMNT: The Dark Knights' directed by Christopher Nolan. That CGI movie they did was pretty good (the one with SMG as April and Chris Evans as Casey). This was just... Wow. |

At this point, I don't know why anyone expects that much from michael bay.
I'd rate it like 65%. It was a fun mindless action movie with barely any story, but eh kept me entertained for the running time.

I didn't see it and have no plans to because imo it looks God awful. It made a good chunk of money iirc though so I expect them to make sequels which means more potential Razzies!  |

But "The Rock" is the only film of his that I own. Mainly because Sean Connery is the man. I wish they would've put Casey Jones in this new turtles.. but I see why they didn't. I'm just a huge Casey mark and my anticipation of the inevitable Casey/Raphael meeting will hopefully not be met with a huge sigh. |
