WWE has already made it clear Reigns is there choice for the next top guy in their company. But with the return of Ryback, is Reigns the right guy?
I like Reigns and think he has a bright future but i just don't think he is ready to be the top guy. I feel like the fans would turn on him the more exposed he gets at a main event level. Reigns has a cool look and a nice move set but he is lacking some key things, like mic work and character depth. And some would argue Diesel was the same way. But Diesel had a little bit more charisma than Reigns. Then i look at Ryback, almost a throwback to the early 90s WWE superstar. Since coming back Ryback is better on the mic and the fans still really want to get behind him. ( WWE just seems to always screw it up like they did last monday). I think Ryback could sell a lot of merchandise and make WWE a lot of money. He is more of complete package than Reigns is ,IMO.

It would've been cool to pick Roman Reigns over Ryback a few years ago because Ryback got the Superman push. It's cool to pick Ryback over Reigns now because Roman is getting the Superman push.
Both guys have their strengths, I personally have enjoyed Ryback in 2014 more than Reigns, but I feel that Reigns has a much higher ceiling. I choose Reigns.

I think Ryback for the here and now. I have always liked Ryback. Let him do his time on top. But in a couple years I'd go with Reigns, Cesaro, Big E. Kind of how we had Triple H, Angle, Rock, Austin, Taker, Big Show, Y2J. We need a solid core for the future

Cesaro
Ambrose
Rollins (he'll turn face eventually)

Out of the two, Ryback. But in general, I'm taking Ambrose, Rollins, and Bryan(assuming he does return eventually) over both of them every single ing time.

I feel as if when Ryback had his push people enjoyed his push and we're behind him unlike reigns where people now are not a big fan of his obvious upcoming push. The other shield members have way more talent than reigns does that also takes a toll on his overall ranking I guess you could say.

I like Reigns more than Ryback. I don't like either one of them as top guys right now. Ryback has improved but I still don't want to see him shot to the top without a midcard title run, I'm looking at you US Title.

Why can't there be more than two main event guys now a days? Back in the early 2000's you had Rock, Austin, Voldebenoit, Angle, Lesnar, Triple H, Michaels, Booker T, Jericho, Kane, Goldberg, Undertaker, for awhile RVD. The past few years theres only been about 3-4 guys in the main events and that's Orton, Cena, Edge, and Triple H. Mainly Orton and Cena and if they weren't feuding then they'd have guys have small feuds with them. When Miz lost the title that was it. No more main event. It's like they give people the title for awhile and then put them back at the midcard like Ziggler as well.

Ryback. Always been a fan of his. Though, I like Reigns too and if this was during the time when Ryback was heel and I wasn't as interested with him, I would have picked Reigns.

Ryback is lacking a forehead, I'll take Reigns for now...

There's really no reason to pick either because there can be more then one top guy. I'd prefer Ryback to be an upper mid carder with occasional main event feuds here or there.

As the face of the company? Neither. Who do I like better, though?

Best choice between these two? The Ryback.
Best choice out of everyone on the roster (not counting Cena)? Daniel Bryan when he returns.

Out of the two, I prefer Ryback. He actually has skill in some aspects.
