TTL, RA or DA?
Here's the method I use:
Using a hair dryer on high, heat the head thoroughly. After it becomes a bit rubbery-feeling, pull the head off. To cool, throw it in the freezer for a minute.

Yeah. If the peg is stuck in the head, grab a pair of pliers and pull it out.

theres no point in doing that theres a much quicker method
twist the head round a few times so it become a bit loose then turn it to the back then stick a flathead screwdriver up under the chin then push the screwdriver up!
there you go no heatin g or freazing needed its quicker and about 99.9% of the time it doesnt damage the head

I have two methods.
Similar to AF I stick the head in boiling water to loosen it up and make it a little "rubbery" then pull it off.
Or I just twist the head around and around and slowly pull up on it as I'm twisting it up wards until it comes off.
But it depends on which head it is and more importantly how hard it is to get off. But those methods usually work.
