Will you announce your sale soon? If RSC is gonna have a Black Friday sale, please consider our personal lives. People have family coming in from all over the places, places to be, etc. and begging for your acknowledgement of a sale of all things is not #goodforbusiness. Some of the people on here really want your figures/toys so you can go on your christmas shopping, it'd be nice to know that you appreciate your customers. So please, without any more hesitation, PLEASE tell us what's going on, otherwise we will not know what you're selling and what is on sale, and we will not know what we will do. We really want a sale, please give the people what they want. We give you money in return. This was really kindly worded so please let us know that you will be there for us in our time of need.

I am eagerly awaiting the black friday deals as well. We all are. We are at the mercy of RSC - Really Soft Cookies. It looks like the cookies are still cooking. We can smell them in the oven, but can't open the door yet. They're just not ready for us to eat yet (i.e. tell us what the Black Friday Sale will be about!). We need to rise together in solidarity and open up that oven and let all the glorious cookies (i.e. wrestling toys) fall out and into our ever-patient hands, ship them to us all over the world. We can't wait. This is what we've all been waiting for, all year long THIS is the definitive sale for RSC. This is what makes RSC the best wrestling figure website retailer store in the world. They have the best merchandise, the best selection, best customer service, and by far the best prices. They are the RSC, we are the RSC customers. Let the Black Friday sale run FOREVERRRRRR!!!

Maybe my family just sucks, but I wouldn't have any trouble finding a few minutes early Friday to get online and see what's for sale. Keep in mind also that unveiling the BF sale too soon might cause people to hold off on orders they'd place in the days leading up to it. And THAT is not what's best for business.

They've never announced what they're selling early. The sale just shows up out of nowhere around 5am Eastern time.

They usually have one and it starts at 6:00 AM Friday morning. The best deals sell out in 15 minutes. It usually runs from 6-12 or so. Maybe 6-10 but they usually extend it.
They will have a similar deal on Monday starting around 6am also. This is how it has generally been. They don't tell you in advance what is on sale, and I don't expect them to this yr. Just set your clock.

I'm assuming the Black Friday sales are for in-stock items only and not pre-orders, correct?

RSC doesn't even offer an industry-standard price protection policy (i.e. where they offer a refund if the price drops within a give time period, usually 30 days). So I wouldn't hold my breath on that company offering anything with the customer's best interest in mind. Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales/promotions should've been finalized and announced before or at the same time of posting the pre-orders for obvious reasons.

Possibly $15 off $125 or whatever they do usually with these sales. Pre-order items are never a part of the sale.

Do you guys think the Black Friday sale is better than the cyber Monday sale? Or are the prices for both days in the same ball park?

I'll definitely take a flyer and see what's for sale, but after all the pre-orders I just made I don't see myself dropping a lot of money.

They've never announced what they're selling early. The sale just shows up out of nowhere around 5am Eastern time. dude, yes they have announced sales in the past. that's why people are excited and looking forward to and asking about this Black Friday sale. plus, they usually put up banners and countdowns and threads and polls. this is THE sale of the year, the biggest spending day of the year. i think people would want to know what they are spending their money on and what they want to buy depending on the price. i'm they'll swerve us and at this point there might not even be a Black Friday sale, but everyone would benefit from knowing what the sale is and what the implications of the sale such as free shipping or sale prices or package deals or what have you. do you understand what i'm getting at?

I don't see it as a really big problem having to wait till day of to see what/if they will be doing anything. Maybe that's just me. the world does not revolve around RSC. thanksgiving is an enormous holiday for a huge country - i know other countries don't care about thanksgiving but care more about the holiday of Black Friday - but people are going to many places at that time, they might be on an airplane or riding in a car. thanksgiving is the most highly-traveled day in the united states. these are situational factors that are beyond peoples control, especially if they will be with their families. plus, time is different in different places in the country and online sales are discriminatory in a sense because people are essentially on different schedules when the sale will be happening (which is still not even announced). this thread is about asking if the sale will be happening, because there is no indicator that it is.
