So my Rollins would never stand up. It was like trying to stand up a Deluxe Impact Jeff Hardy (those literally cannot stand up due to the mold, thanks Jakks). I made a fixup of the long sleeve Seth Rollins (yes Brick I switched the hands back) However, something I had forgotten was how he would never stand up! So I decided to try and switch the feet with the other boot peg to see if that would do anything and now he stands up no problem...sooo did Mattel get them on the wrong side or something? That was bothering me for quite a while, I dunno what made me think to try and switch it but it worked, so if you have the same problem, I recommend that.

Yeah, I had to swap the left and right boot and swap the feet back and vice versa in order for them to stand correctly.

Interesting. Do you happen to have a side by side comparison of the boot pegs? Just wondering as I haven't looked at my Seth in a while lol

Cool cool, at least I know what to do if I check and notice it's off now haha thanks man I can't wait to get Seths new vest so I can make the same thing you did, just with the new mold

I just started collecting WWE, but I've been collecting Mattel DC Comics figures for seven or eight years now, and issues with right and left body parts getting mixed up weren't uncommon. If you want to check, look at the part numbers printed on the bottom of the feet. Right feet generally have a five digit alphanumeric part number, while left feet generally have a six digit numeric part number.

Mattel designed the first elite Shield figures with the boots on the wrong feet.

Like Chewdeezy, i just swapped out the shins and the feet. Not only can you clearly see the difference once it's been done, but it greatly increases the range of motion on the ankle hinges and rockers.

Kinda hard to explain it but the calves just look weird out of package, like crooked and doesn't look like it goes up straight to the pants. I think there isn't a problem with E31 Ambrose.

It was definitely an issue with my E31 Ambrose. It's exactly what you said. Before doing the switch, the calfs seemed to be coming out of the pants at an odd angle and didn't seem to be centered with the extra "material" at the bottom of the pants.
I wish I had thought to take before and after pics, but I think the easiest way to tell if they're backwards or not is to compare the range of motion at the ankle hinges to another WWE figure. If you've got next to no range of motion on the hinges of your Shield figure compared to your other figures because the top the feet are hitting the front and the back of the ankles, then the shins are probably backwards.

It isn't just the Shield elites. Elite 26 Big E has the calves backwards, too. The buckles are on the wrong sides compared to the basics, that's how I first noticed it.
