Which Angle head? I don't think the first or third RA would work well, the second one might work with some modding. I think if you took the hair off a old scan JBL MIGHT work, but I can't really think of any good ones sorry, so Angle may have to work

I think an Angle head could work, but modding would be very important. Jones had a very crazed look, so getting it across with the Angle head (which untouched, has a plain look) is tricky.
Adding good light stubble, and maybe some markings underneath the eyes, could go a long way to making it work. Not to mention, possibly a full repaint of the skin to give it a slightly tanned look.
Good luck with the custom man. Hope it comes out how you want it.

I used a Tron HHH screaming scan with the Hair ripped off with sucess

I remember someone using the pissed off RVD scan... it worked pretty well.
