As the rumors go, Randy Orton will not be back on Raw until the night after TLC. Randy is expected to make his return in the main event of TLC. At this time the main event is rumored to be, Seth Rollins vs. John Cena, which will most likely end up having a silly stipulation in favor of The Authority. But anyway, Randy is expected to return to stop Rollins from winning and start a feud with Rollins going into the Royal Rumble.
On the Other hand, Roman Reigns is also rumored to be making a return at TLC. He is scheduled for WWE Live! shows the weekend after TLC. He is also being advertised by local TV stations of the TLC PPV. He is rumored to interrupt the TLC Main Event, w/ a possible double team (Reigns and Orton) on Rollins. Reigns is then rumored to win the 2015 Royal Rumble and face Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania.

God damnit....I hope seth isn't made to look like a total bitch. Hopefully he has Cena beat and Reigns and Randy have to save Cena's ass

If Orton returns then I can definitely see it being Orton vs Rollins at the Royal Rumble with both men later on in the night being in the Royal Rumble Match and Reigns also being in the Rumble with the final 4 in the Rumble being Reigns, Rollins, Orton and possibly Bryan or Ambrose depending

Good I'm eager for both to return. I bet the stip is... if Cena losses he will reinstate the Authority back into power. And when all the signs point to Cena losing, Randy or Roman returns to cause the distraction, thus giving Cena the win.

And two returns in one match seems weird unless they have people attack the first person who comes back to help and the other follows right after. Personally I'd have Reigns come out first because if he comes out second to not only save Orton but Cena also, he'll get torn apart by the IWC for being like superman

I'm not a big fan of seeing two people make their returns in the main event. If that does happen, I could see it where Roman Reigns comes out in the beginning to prevent anyone in the Authority interfere. Then someone like Kane brawls with Roman Reigns to the crowd/to the back. Orton comes out in the end and RKOs Rollins so Cena gets the win. BTW, not a big fan of Cena facing Rollins, would much rather had Rollins and Ziggler face off in a ladder match for the Money in the Bank briefcase. It should be a good match anyways, Cena normally delivers at main event matches with the right guy to wrestle.

I forgot to say as well, if the plan stays for Reigns to win the Royal Rumble match to face Lesnar at Mania, the creative team NEEDS to make sure they don't make Reigns looks like another Cena. The feud should be where Reigns gets the upper hand against Lesnar once, but Lesnar lays him out the rest of the time. At Mania, the match should be similar to Lesnar/Cena II, where Lesnar gets most of the offense, and Reigns gets a little bit of offense and at the end wins with a superman punch and a spear. But they need to give the fans a reason to pop huge for him when he comes back and feuds with Lesnar for the title. I'm still pulling for Reigns to get over cause WWE really needs new guys to get over. I could care less at this point who WWE has planned to push to the main event. Whether it's Ziggler, Ambrose, Wyatt, Rollins, etc., they need to get these guys over to main event. IMO these guys, along with Reigns, can led the next generation of main eventers, but they need to give these guys the right storylines and the proper booking to get over huge. I still have faith in these five guys being the future main eventers, I'm not gonna be one of these guys who says, "Oh no, Reigns is in the main event? Boooo" without giving it a chance. I will always criticize Reigns' mic work, he needs to fix that quick and I hope he's working on that in his time off.

Don't want Reigns to be in the main event of Wrestlemania. I know he's gonna be the top guy of WWE, but he doesn't deserve it to me.. Rollins, Ambrose, Wyatt, Ziggler, Cesaro... THESE GUY DESERVE IT.
Don't want to see Cena in the Main Event AGAIN and win AGAIN and AGAIN. But with the Authority's situation, Cena vs Rollins makes sense.
I really want to see Rollins, Ambrose, Wyatt, Ziggler or Cesaro to win the Rumble.. The one who is to me ready to be in the Main Event of Wrestlemania is Dean Ambrose. I really hope he will win it, but no, it's WWE.

Why would Reigns and Orton return on the same night? Besides, Orton is fine but I don't want to see Reigns back. He is boring and has terrible mic skills and should not win the Rumble.

They built all this momentum with Ziggler and they're going to use it to give him back the IC Title? Seems like a waste to me but I'll take him winning the IC Title again over losing to guys like Rusev... I guess.
Rollins vs Cena will be fine. I think Orton vs Rollins will be better. I'll happlily watch both those matches.
Roman Reigns is going to get booed at Rumble and WrestleMania. The fans already treat him like Cena and he hasn't even won yet.

not a fan of this scenario, eventhough Orton vs Rollins will be not that bad of a match. Also, like others have said before: ROMAN REIGNS is NOT ready for the main event of WM! He can go in the ring, for a short match on Raw, maybe even a 10minute match, but everything above 15minutes requires the other guy carrying him too much...and Brock's not the guy to 'beautifully' carry someone...

These are rumours people, not necessarily true. I'd rather see a returning Kenny Dykstra win the rumble rather than Reigns.
