This topic is completely subjective to personal tastes so there is no wrong answer.
What is your personal favorite storyline in the last few years. It doesn't have to be what had the best execution. It can simply be what sucked you in the most.
For me it's easy and there is no comparison. It has to be the summer of Punk 2011. That storyline made me a diehard Punk fan. It catapulted him to my top three favorites of all time. Simply for how watching him work made me feel. It transported me back to being a kid and my fandom of Jerry Lawler and HBK.
The storyline it's self while not handled in the best way still had flashes of absolute greatness.

Summer of Punk and Seth Rollins buys in and turns on the Shield resulting in him becoming the Main Event heel in WWE

The Summer of Punk. Even if it was mishandled, it got me so excited to watch weekly. I had to see CM Punk every single show. I'll update later with some others that I enjoyed.

Summer of Punk hands down. It got me back into wrestling full time and it was one of thpse storylines that was so good you only needed to see the promos to understand how amazing it was. But it also had two god dman great matches in MITB and SummerSlam so that just makes it even better. I literaly get chills watching some of those promos. They had an aura around that storyline that i do not feel often.

I was going to say HBK/Y2J, but that wasn't in the last four years.
Summer of Punk without a doubt.

I'll go back one more year and say Hardy vs Punk. My two favorite wrestlers in a feud was a dream come true.

Punk/Cena rivalry, the two brought the best out in each other.

Bryan vs The Authority because of the genuine feel it had. We all know WWE had to change its plans after the savage reception Batista was getting......so it had a feel of legitimacy that the underdog was truly getting one over.

I can't say since I didn't watch religiously but the best thing that did happen to WWE in the last 4 years is the Wyatts debut.

Suppose Bryan going for the title.
However the better parts were the parts which happened before they actually decided to go with Bryan fully.
SummerSlam and the thought of Bryan winning the rumble. I only tend to order Mania on PPV but I ordered the Rumble in the hope Bryan was winning! Were the highlights.
Authority should have died at Mania!
Also there is potential for a great story of Bryan chasing Lesnar for the title on his return. Getting over his injury, the Death of his father and being stripped of the title.

I would say Summer of Punk because for a while it was incredible, but I'm still pissed with how they handled it post Summerslam so I'll go with Ambrose vs Rollins. Much better worked story imo, and hopefully the best is still to come at Wrestlemania.

Definitely Rock vs. Cena from before WrestleMania 27 to WrestleMania 29. I'm a huge Rock fan and it was so good to see him back in WWE.

Definitely, Summer of Punk. Recently Rollins vs Ambrose was great to, it had a very old school and special feel to it.

Heath Slater vs. Legends. Was always fun seeing who came out next, and it showed Heath's mic abilities. Too bad he's done sweet nothing since.
