The Summer of Punk.
Honorable mentions for Daniel Bryan vs. The Authority, Seth Rollins vs. Dean Ambrose, and The Authority vs. The Rhodes Family.

Punk in 2011, I thought almost nobody would say that, but I was wrong, what an amazing storylines and promos! Bryan/Authority was great too, and Rollins/Ambrose with awesome matches!

Daniel Bryan vs The Authority. This was an example of old school booking. No instant pay off, no instant gratification. This was a 8 month long Title chase with plenty of storylines inbetween, that finally ended with Bryan as Champion at WMXXX.
Other great Storylines/Feuds of 2011-2014: Summer of Punk Punk vs Undertaker Cesaro vs Zayne NXT Zayne vs Neville NXT New Age Outlaws return/title run Brock vs Cena

Brie vs Nikki... I kid I kid.
Just to be different... The Shield vs The Wyatt's. Every time they were in the ring together it felt like magic. I just wish WWE had saved the first match for WM that year.
Also Undertaker returning and Triple H returning immediately after to challenge him. The feud lasted well over a year and though they both weren't around often, when they were, it felt like something major is about to go down. Loved the set up and both matches delivered.

Summer of Punk
Followed by Rollins vs. Ambrose (cut too short) the entire Shield saga (beautiful from beginning to end) Then Bryan's rise to the top...only because of the payoff, most of the journey was skin curdling annoying.

Summer of Punk and Seth Rollins buys in and turns on the Shield resulting in him becoming the Main Event heel in WWE Mine as well. We really haven't even seen the Rollins story finish. He's still got that case so everything he does until that time is all part of the plan imo. Unbelievable he has been such a geat heel when he really is such a natural baby face. This has all been an extension of his character from right before he left ROH, and that's crazy since that lasted such a short period of time. There isn't anything left to say about Summer of Punk II that hasn't already been said. It wasn't perfect but it was the most entertaining story in WWE in at least a decade when it happened.

The Rock vs Cena 2 :DD I had no idea who would win! :PP
being serious, probably The Shield as a whole, I've watched like 9 tribute videos of them today.
Close second is Heyman vs Punk followed by The Summer of Punk.

Summer of Punk was the biggest storyline for the company in the past five years. To me, it is the one that "moved the needle" the most and got the most new fans interested in the product.
It's just a shame that the Triple H Burying Machine determined that, fresh off his white-hot performance in beating Cena at MITB, Punk needed to spend the next four PPVs flat on his back getting pinned.

Kane vs. Taker from 2010, Daniel Bryan vs. The Authority, and Punk/Cena.
**EDIT**
Oh and Rollins/Ambrose. And while it isn't really remembered for it's story portion, the series of matches from Punk/Bryan in 2012 were sick.

Cody vs. Rey Mysterio in 2011. That Cody was pure awesomeness.

Daniel Bryan vs The Authority. I didn't even consider that one. It'd have to be right behind Summer of Punk for me.

It's something I wish they did much more often.

Summer of Punk by far and away, including his year + long run with the belt. Even with him being second fiddle to Cena on Raw and PPVs he made the belt feel more prestigious just by how he carried himself and how long he had it.....
