You probably won't find figures that were already on sale on Friday being on sale again at an even cheaper price on Monday. That would just screw over and piss off a lot of people who just bought it. I could see more of the same, or different figures but they'd lose credibility doing that.
And even though I know they have no say in Mattel's production, I would also love to see some more SCSA. Wasn't collecting when he was around, still newer to it, but would love a shot at a couple of those.

Like I want too but I did for black friday and was disappointed lol Honestly that's exactly how I feel also. It was very disappointing to see some of the things that were not on sale especially some of the new Elite. This is supposed to be the biggest sale of the year and RSC let down a lot of people it was a really sad way to start the day. But the thing is that new cyber Monday is now a second chance to make things better for the customers. Please make some magic happen. We are all very grateful and you can help us out even if there are people who are rude in other thread that make you lock them. We understand you have a business to run but please keep us in mind when you made your new sale. I really want to buy a $15 Edge figure. Honestly... You just had WAY too unrealistic of expectations. You're the ONLY person I've seen complain this much about it. There wasn't anything I needed because I'm caught up but there were some great deals. I grabbed a bunch of loose figs and RSE Edge. RSC said beforehand that it wouldn't have pre-order items included, and basically every recent in-stock set was represented, including highly sought-after figures like B46 King and B45 Steamboat. E32 was there, BP31 was there. They don't have anything more recent than that. More importantly, they don't have to do a sale AT ALL but they're giving us stuff **AT OUR REQUEST** to help clear out inventory. That's the point of Black Friday sales. |

Do you take the bird in the hand on Black Friday, or do you go for the two in the bush on Cyber Monday and hope that the same figure is offered again at a better price? i was very happy to get E27 Rob Van Dam Friday morning for $9.99. I don't care if someone else gets him for something like $7.99 on Monday morning. Good for them. They took the risk that he would still be available at a better price, and it paid off. On the flip side, I gambled that the loose E17 Kelly Kelly would still be available Monday morning at the same Early Bird Black Friday price of $5.99 or better, and I lost, because apparantly, she's long gone. Good for those that didn't risk it and snagged her Friday morning for 1/2 to 1/3 of what it's going to cost me to get her now on eBay. There's always going to be someone that got a better deal that you did, and there's always going to be someone that got a worse deal than you did. That's not just action figures. It's life in general. Also, I try to keep it all in perspective. If someone gets my E27 Van Dam for $7.99 and my E21 Ryback for $5.99 Monday morning, that $4 difference is less than I'm going to spend at Starbucks for a venti mocha frappachino on the way to work, and I still got my Van Dam and Ryback for $8 to $10 less per figure than what I would have paid at retail. |
