Yeah If You Use Shrink Wrap It'll Be A Lil' Thick On His Arm, If You Paint It, It'll Look Skin Tight. (Which It Is)

screw the paint. use water baloons with hole cut to fit on his hands. they are the perfect size for ra arms and are easily replaceable. they look skin tight as said befor and you dont run the risk of ruining the fig. sales pitch over i can take pic's if requested
