I appreciate you getting answers to our questions. Well, really my questions. I could care less about everybody else. Good episode too. No problem and thank you! Glad you enjoyed it, I know it was an extra long one this time, gonna try to avoid that next episode.

On the subject of wct, sincere jeremy confirmed in the email that they do have right to produce macho man, bret hart and ultimate warrior merch, why do you guys think they haven't yet. They've produced piper, King king bundy, mr perfect and road warriors stuff like thumbpers and mini bobble heads. Why would they not be jumping at the opportunity to produce merch for the most desirable and best selling legends contracts guys?

Just listened to most of episode 1 yet and the Jeremy bits on episode 2, overall was quite an interesting listen. And thanks figuremark for asking my question about if any WWE Classic Superstars figures made it to the proto stage but were never shown to the public. However, Jeremy's "reply" (which was more like a vague riddle or poor-quality joke - not even sure which it was intended to be) is not any kind of answer and is just insulting to me as a fan who took the time to submit questions. Very unprofessional and rude.
For those who haven't listened to the show, the exact answer given was:
Q: "If Jeremy is allowed to talk about his time at Jakks, what Classic Superstars figures made it to prototype stage but were never shown to the public?" A: "It depends on the superstar in question. Don't mean to be cryptic there."
What the hell is that?
It's not funny, it tells us absolutely nothing either way, doesn't even make sense, and is basically just a total waste of everyone's time. He keeps going on about how important it is to him to interact with the fans, and yet he can't even give a straight answer (even if it's a negative one) to a question that would surely be of great interest to many longtime collectors. No offense figuremark (I'm not blaming you), but that's BS.

I took his answer to mean "yes there were guys that had protos but some of those superstars, he is not allowed to talk about". As fair the ones he would be allowed to speak about, I don't know why he didn't elaborate. Maybe he didn't want to take the time to try to figure out who we did end up seeing protos of but didn't get released. Like the ljn style orton and batista. I figure those would have been two he'd have mentioned because I doubt he knows that the protos were sold on eBay and we've all seen them. He probably just knows that jakks never showed them and assumes that nobody has seen them.

I know he's busy and deserves respect for his role in the CS line, but don't I also deserve respect for my support and interest as a fan? I don't care what the answer was, he could have given a straight answer even if it was "sorry I can't talk about it" or "no I can't remember any". There is literally no recogniseable meaning or relevance in his response at all. His answer was rude and unprofessional and personally I'm not going to be "thankful" or "appreciative" for that kind of response just because it's not total silence. And frankly I'm not interested in anyone's attempts to defend his answer.

I'm sorry you were not satisfied. It's probably due to confidentiality, at least on record. Perhaps if you asked him off record, I don't know? You never know who listens to these things and his career and relationships are more important at the end of the day. It didn't bother me, but I'm sorry it bothered you as much as it did.

You never know who listens to these things and his career and relationships are more important at the end of the day. It didn't bother me, but I'm sorry it bothered you as much as it did. If that was the case, I don't see why he couldn't just say "sorry I'm not allowed to talk about that". And anyway, we could spend all day saying maybe his answer means this or maybe it means that, but the real truth is that his answer was just too vague and irrelevant to tell us anything at all. I have a passion for wrestling figures and spent a lot of time and money supporting the various Jakks lines over the years, plus of course I put effort into trying to think of some original and interesting questions to ask. And Jeremy's response just feels like a slap in the face to me and all the other loyal collectors. But whatever, I'm sure if Jeremy heard about my dissatisfaction and ranting I'd just get laughed at for being a "geek" or taking things too seriously or something anyway, so no point trying to voice my disappointment when he clearly doesn't care what I (or any of the other fans that helped him get to where he is) think. Sorry to bring all this drama into your project, Figure Mark. Oh and I was gonna say, the insights given in the shows about how you got into your career were quite interesting and inspirational to hear.

Honestly, Jeremy is one of the nicest guys I know in the toy industry. I don't know why he was vague but he was. He would never want to upset you as it is really important to him to connect with all of us, which is why I had him on the first episode. I'm sorry you were disappointed but hopefully you'll still tune in to future episodes. Thank you for the support, I appreciate it!
