Now this is something that looks simple but I have no clue on whta to use or how to use it. Any pointers on this type of ring/match.

I used to just use a laundry basket for it. ;P
I suppose you could go more complicated, and build a base out of wood and dowels, then put chicken onto the base/frame, but I think a laundry basket would be a lot easier and a lot more cost effecient.
