For Steve-O perhaps the old RA Randy Orton Scan with the hair removed? For Johnny Noxville perhaps the Tommy Dreamer head would work best for him. Hope I helped

Hell if you make a Don Vito you gotta have a Bam! I've seen the old TTL Edge head work for that, but the latest Jericho would work as well I think.
If you wanna do Bam's Dad I remember the One Man Gang works well for that, in face you could almost use that body unless you went with Bam Bam Bigelow
hmm I got off the track there, but the Vito head would work great!

I already made don vito I used a paul haymen with sculpted hair I will post it some time.
