He's big, He's poster pretty, and he's got a prestigious heritage. But most importantly... Vince likes him. And for all we know, he may have great work ethic.

The main thing is, I'm sure there are plenty of guys who work as hard, if not harder. However, they don't have the look that Vince craves. Though I do think that it's odd since Seth and Dean are basically the same size as him.

He may have the look, and a good work ethic, but he's terrible in the ring, and on the microphone. His weaknesses were overshadowed by Rollins and Ambrose. Now that he's a singles star with a modified theme, and ring gear as The Shield, he's bland as ever. I hope WWE changes something in order to give Reigns more time to build his character, get better in the ring, and maybe change both of his finishers. The Spear has been overused so much, with few executing it like it should be, and the Superman punch is just plain stupid. Reigns isn't ready to be the man whatsoever. Give him the IC strap to test the waters.

He creates a response similar to Cena's. He gets a reaction. Good or bad, it's better than what most guys get. He makes all the people say they'll stop watching knowing they'll tune in on the next Monday.

I personally like Reigns but it's true he needs to work on a lot to be near the level of Ambrose and Rollins. He also needs to learn more than about 6 moves. I feel like since he basically dresses like the Shield and has slightly mixed music from the Shield which shows that he hasn't evolved. Ambrose and Rollins both look different and have their own themes showing how far they've come since the Shield.
