I've been a Sony guy all my life, but I really like Nintendo too (although I don't have a Wii U). Guessing the winner will either be PS2 or N64. I think PS4 could be up there in a few years, but I suppose Xbox One is too similar for the PS4 to really stand out.

Sega Master System vs. Nintendo Wii ~ Super Smash Bros Brawl is enough to put it over the SMS for me.
Microsoft Xbox 360 vs. Nintendo Game Boy Color ~ Honestly, the 360 is the better system probably but it just can't top those endless days of playing Pokémon Silver.
Super Nintendo Entertainment System vs. PC ~ Super Mario World, Donkey Kong Country Trilogy, Kirby Super Star Saga, Super Mario RPG Legend of the Seven Stars, etc. Off the top of my head, only one system holds more of my favorite games off all-time (maybe two).
Microsoft Xbox One vs. Nintendo 3DS ~ I don't have a X-Box One or a 3DS technically (my brother has a 2DS that I use a lot, I'm waiting for the New 3DS before getting my own) but I have zero doubt I wouldn't like the X-Box as much as I do the 2DS. Again, Smash is enough for me.

Mobile Devices vs. Sony Playstation 4 ~ Don't have a PS4 but from my experience with Mobile Games, this is an easy one.
Nintendo Game Boy vs. Sony Playstation 2 ~ PS2 was the system that tops the SNES for me, Xenosaga trilogy, Smackdown HCTP & 2006, Fire Pro Wrestling Returns (wish I hadn't sold it), Star Wars Battlefront 2, Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3, Soul Calibur III, Budokai 3, etc. I know some of those are featured on more than one console but having those in it's library helped. Plus, the controller is probably my favorite with only the Gamecube, Wii U Gamepad & SNES as competition.
Sony Playstation Vita vs. Microsoft Xbox ~ Haven't played a Vita (BTW, feel free to discredited any votes of mine for battles where I have only played one system) so I'm going with the XBox by default.
Nintendo Game Boy Advance vs. Nintendo Gamecube ~ Again, Smash is enough but also counting the Day of Reckoning Series & Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, this becomes an absolute stomp for me.

Sony Playstation 3 vs. Nintendo Wii U ~ Son of a . . . PS3 U? Both? Tie? Maybe? No? I hate to say it but I'm going to have to go with the PS3. This will likely change when I get more games for the Wii U (Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze should change it a lot) but even though Smash is almost enough & I like all the other games I have for it but I don't play a lot because they aren't Smash, the PS3 has been my main system for years. The addition of trophies help a lot, it's got a great controller & a lot of games I love, Heavy Rain, Sonic Generations, J-Stars Victory Vs, Batman: Arkham City, Disgaea 4, One Piece: Pirate Warriors 2, etc. Hate to go against the Nintendo but my bias still leans with the PS3 for now.
Sega Genesis vs. Nintendo DS ~ Another tough call, I love the DS for the original New Super Mario Bros & Mario Kart (still my favorite Mario Kart, though I haven't played much of 8 or the 3DS one) but the Genesis holds a lot of nostalgia for me. I've played Sonic 2 a ridiculous amount of time. & that's not the only game I played a ton, Toejam & Earl sticks out a lot too.
Commodore 64 vs. Sony Playstation Portable ~ Haven't played the former & the latter had Final Fantasy Tactics.
Atari 2600 vs. Nintendo Entertainment System ~ Same as above but with Mario Bros instead of Tactics. Though, I really only played the games via ports & emulations.

Panasonic 3DO vs. Sega Game Gear ~ Same as the top two but with Sonic instead of FF or MB. If it wasn't for the emulations in those Sonic games (Adventure DX, Mega Collection, Gem Collection, etc.) I wouldn't have played a game from either. But I played a few & I rather like some of those Game Gear games.
Magnavox Odyssey vs. Nintendo 64 ~ Terrible controller aside, it has an amazing list of games Smash, Majora's Mask, Donkey Kong 64, Banjo & Kazooie games, etc.
Sega Saturn vs. Sony Playstation ~ Final Fantasy Tactics wins out again over the lack of Sonic.
TurboGrafx-16 vs. Sega Dreamcast ~ Only played the Dreamcast game library via ports & stuff but I really like the games I've played from there, whereas I have nothing for the former. True Story, I'm actually considering buying a Dreamcast, just the other day I spent hours on amazon searching up game prices for it.
