Never paid much mind to accessories. Most were just weapons and generic stuff.
I guess I really liked the Demolition masks. My buddy had LoD vests, don't know if they came with RA/CS figs or maybe R3 stuff. I liked Austin's leather vest from his WM14 CS 2-Pack with HBK. Some cool stuff.

I like the 1/500 belts. It is was for bca and ttl, it would have been the toilet bowl.

Well in terms of play, I always thought tables and chairs were pretty fun.
In terms of a nice display, I'll say Vader's mastadon helmet.
And in terms of having meaning to me, I'd go with the WCW World Title belt in around 2002 for the R3 line. Man I was so excited to finally get an accurate toy version of that.
I wish I could add other classic WCW title figure accessories to this list too (such as US, Tag, TV, etc), but as we all know, both Jakks and Mattel have consistently failed to give us any more.

i personally love, the barb wired board. best accessory jakks ever made! Barbed Wire board was actually done really good by Jakks. (Like most of their accessories.) I also liked the post that attached to a ringpost you could hang a belt on. Another one that comes to mind is the two wall piece with the breakable window.

I was hoping someone would mention Vaders Helmet as it was really well done
