My first wrestling figure as an adult was the first RA Carlito figure, after that I discovered Classic Superstars when I saw Bobby Heenan sitting on the pegs, and it was all downhill from there as I fell hard.

Jakks BCA Series 1 Shawn Michaels & The Undertaker. Same here. It had been a couple of years since I'd last seen a new wrestling figure and was overjoyed to see that Michaels and Undertaker in the Index catalog (£9.99 for the pair). Also this a few months later:

Also this a few months later: I had this and the KOTR one ... wish I still had them.

A friend's BCA leftovers introduced me to Jakks figures, but these two boxsets were my first big purchases: I was off and running up until the early TTLs took over. I stopped buying figures then, but CS4 Roddy Piper got me hooked again. It's hard to believe I've been collecting non-stop for 10 years now.

BCA most likely. I was far too young to remember.

I had almost all the bca figures when i was a kid. Sadly i sold them all when i was in high school. When i seen the CS 9 papa shango i was hooked. I am still looking to finish my cs moc collection.

My first Jakks figure was a BCA era Mankind. He was in the debut attire but in one of those signature series sets or superstars or whatever they called it. He was a reissue with no bone-crunching mechanism in the joints. His head eventually fell off from being too hardcore.
I got back into Jakks in more recent years (2010 precisely) with their TNA and UFC lines and I began reclaiming RAs, DAs, and CSs, as well as TTLs.

For me it was the whole first series of BCA they put out.

I had a couple bca Warrior in blue and Bret in pink top and black tights. But it was either the TTL House of Pain Triple H or the Sears exclude SD stage with Jericho that really got me into Jakks. Whichever came out first.

like others walking into Index and getting bca hbk and taker for £9.99 was what popped my jakks cherry.
I then discovered Event Merchandising (the UK official WWE distributor of merchandise) had some of the early figures in as well as importers, I think I got Bret Hart series 1 when I went to a UK event in November 1996 but didn't get anybody else until Stone Cold series 4 or 5 and Flash Funk. I then later went back and got Bradshaw from an import shop and a few others and that was that.

The first wrestling-related toy I ever got was a GI Joe Sgt. Slaughter (the one that came with the tank), and I mostly liked him because he looked a lot like my dad, with the horseshoe hair, mustache and prominent chin. I ended up getting some Hasbros from there but got into them too late in the game, as they stopped making them in 1994 I think. I used to buy Starlog magazines for the classified ads that had Hasbros for sale in them, until one day the clerk mentioned the new BCAs. Happened upon those shortly after they were released, and got Series 1's Shawn and Razor the first time I saw them.

I was always a WCW guy first and so I was collecting the Toybiz WCW figures. Once some WCW guys showed up in the Unchained Fury line, I got hooked. I believe the first two I bought were Booker T and Ric Flair.
