I thought about using that head as well for Itami, woulda been perfect if his hair went the other way lol. Good job on the painting =)

It's funny because I'd use the more recent Justin Gabriel scan for Finn Balor, but this does look probably as close to Itami as you're going to get since in the time Mattel has had the WWE line there was been a total of *one* wrestler of Asian heritage produced. (Though there were several different figures for Yoshi Tatsu) I also wouldn't go out and do a Jakks head or anything because it would just look odd. I'm actually trying out what to use for a Hiroshi Tanahashi head myself since the options are so limited, but I'll probably just end up modifying the face on someone with similar hair.
The painting looks good but the lines are a little sloppy. I'd put down tape or something to make sure you get the straight lines when doing things like the belt along the waist. Some of the paint seems to have gone over onto the torso itself as well and that could probably used to be cleaned up. The logo on the right leg looks good though, so I'd just try to clean up some of the grey if I was you.

It looks nice, although the right arm tattoo could be a bit cleaner and the calves could be larger. Its a bit small for his large upper body.

Looks good. You should try a smaller brush to make your work more precise, but that Owens looks great! Keep posting your work.
