Just looked it up and I'm wrong. They used to release them twice a year, but now it's an annual thing. Season 20 comes out in Jamuary.

To be fair, Smackdown cheers are pretty much always piped in for every babyface. And to my ears, he gets pretty solid reactions on the live shows.

apparently when vince said 'reach for the brass ring' he really was saying 'be tall dark & handsome...lucious locks...brooding eyes...deep brow...powerful jaw line' - basically, vince wanted a soap opera star with a deep voice to sweep him off his feet
